Abstract

In determining the duration of a job, the things that need to be known are the volume of work and the productivity of the tool. Heavy equipment needs, especially in casting work, need to pay attention to the number of tools to be used so that the number of mixer trucks to be used can be balanced. Based on this, the purpose of this study is to determine the productivity of construction equipment especially truck mixers in ready mix concrete casting work in accordance with real conditions in the field. The method of data analysis is done after data collection in the field is obtained, then the analysis is carried out by performing direct calculations for cycle times for each mixer truck activity. Perform mixer truck productivity calculations. Furthermore, the mixer truck production capacity is calculated. This productivity is determined by the cycle time, the condition of the tool, the condition of the work area, the method of work, the volume of work. The duration required for a mixer truck is hours. The results of the research on the work time required in the work of the Mixer Truck at Pierhead casting with the record that the limit of the number of Mixer Trucks is only 4 pieces with a total volume of 8856 m3 is 79.1 days, with the productivity level of the Mixer Truck work at Pierhead casting in one cycle of 0.023313856324885212 cycles per minute , or equal to 1.39883137949311272 cycles per hour. Keywords: productivity, ready mix concrete, truck mixer. Dalam menentukan durasi suatu pekerjaan maka hal-hal yang perlu diketahui adalah volume pekerjaan dan produktivitas alat. Kebutuhan peralatan berat khususnya pada pekerjaan pengecoran, perlu memperhatikan jumlah alat yang akan dipergunakan sehingga jumlah truck mixer yang akan digunakan dapat seimbang. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui produktivitas alat konstruksi khususnya truck mixer pada pekerjaan pengecoran beton ready mix sesuai dengan kondisi riil dilapangan. Metode analisis data dilakukan setelah pengumpulan data di lapangan didapat, selanjutnya dilakukan analisis dengan melakukan perhitungan langsung untuk waktu siklus untuk setiap kegiatan truck mixer. Melakukan perhitungan produktivitas truck mixer. Selanjutnya dihitung kapasitas produksi truck mixer. Produktivitas ini ditentukan oleh waktu siklus, kondisi alat, kondisi area pekerjaan, metode pekerjaan, volume pekerjaan. Durasi yang dibutuhkan truck mixer adalah jam. Hasil dari penelitian ini waktu pekerjaan yang dibutuhkan dalam pekerjaan Truck Mixer pada pengecoran Pierhead dengan catatatan batasan jumlah Truck Mixernya hanya 4 buah dengan total volume 8856 m3 adalah 79.1 hari, dengan tingkat produktivitas pekerjaan Truck Mixer pada pengecoran Pierhead dalam satu siklus yaitu sebesar 0.023313856324885212 siklus per menit, atau sama dengan 1.39883137949311272 siklus per-jam.
