Abstract

Generally the toll road project, earthwork is one of the most important work items. The work items selected borrow material are the main work items in the Balaraja-Cikande Toll Road Widening Project (STA 43 + 500 to 47 + 700) with a weight of 12,530%. Then the calculation of the volume of work selected borrow material is very important for the contractor to disburse the project budget. In this research there are 2 methods used, the prismoidal method and the average end section method. The purpose of this study is to determine the comparison between the volume of selected borrow material using the average end section method and the prismoidal method and find out which method is suitable for billing of subcontractors and owners. The method used in this research is quantitative analysis research that is research using numerical data as a tool to analyze volume and costs, researchers also use comparative analysis to compare volume calculation methods between the average end section method and the prismoidal method. From the volume analysis, the total volume obtained using the average end section method is 30,519.76 m3 and the total volume obtained using the prismoidal method is 30,198.98 m3. From the cost analysis, the total cost obtained from the volume calculation using the final part average method is Rp. 7,629,938,828.13 and the total costs obtained using the prismoidal method of Rp. 7,549,745,031.85. From the contractor's point of view, average end section method is more effectively used for billing the contractor to the owner owning more than Rp80,193,796.28 or 1.05% of the total work price of the selected borrow material. The prismoidal method is more effective to be used for billing the contractor to the subcontractor because by using the method 80,193,796.28 or 1.05% of the total price of the work selected for the borrowed material. Keyword : Selected Borrow Material, Volume, End Area Section Method, Prismoidal Method. Umumnya pada proyek jalan tol, pekerjaan tanah merupakan salah satu item pekerjaan yang sangat penting. Item pekerjaan selected borrow material merupakan item pekerjaan major pertama pada proyek Pelebaran Jalan Tol Balaraja- Cikande Paket 2 (STA 43+500 s.d 47+700) dengan bobot 12.530%. Maka perhitungan volume pekerjaan selected borrow material sangat penting guna kontraktor untuk pencairan anggaran proyek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara volume selected borrow material dengan menggunakan metode average end section dan metode prismoidal serta mengetahui metode mana yang sesuai untuk penagihan sub kontraktor dan owner Metode yang digunakan pada penelitiaan ini adalah penelitian analisis kuantitif yaitu penelitian menggunakan data berupa angka sebagai alat menganalisis volume dan biaya, peneliti juga menggunakan analisis komparatif untuk membandingkan metode perhitungan volume antara metode average end section dan metode prismoidal. Dari analisa volume, volume total yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan metode average end section sebesar 30.519,76 m3 dan volume total yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan metode prismoidal sebesar 30.198,98 m3. Dari analisa biaya, biaya total yang didapatkan dari perhitungan volume dengan menggunakan metode average end section sebesar Rp. 7,629,938,828.13 dan biaya total yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan metode prismoidal sebesar Rp. 7,549,745,031.85 . Dari sudut pandang kontraktor, metode average end section lebih efektif digunakan untuk penagihan kontraktor pada owner karena memiliki keuntungan sebesar Rp 80,193,796.28 atau 1.05% dari total harga pekerjaan selected borrow material. Metode prismoidal lebih efektif digunakan untuk penagihan kontraktor pada sub kontraktor karena dengan menggunaan metode ini kontraktor memiliki keuntungan sebesar 80,193,796.28 atau 1.05% dari total harga pekerjaan selected borrow material.
