Abstract

Human resources have a very important position considering that organizational performance is strongly influenced by the quality of its human resources. Many things need to be considered to improve employee performance, including the state of the work environment in a company where they work. Competence is the main variable that must be owned by an employee in carrying out his work, as well as the variable job satisfaction. And this research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of Work Environment, Competence and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at Sayap Ibu Foundation Branch of Banten Province. The objects in this study were 73 respondents who worked at Sayap Ibu Foundation Branch of Banten Province using a quantitative descriptive approach and the analysis used was statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests with the IBM SPSS Statistics version 25 program. The results showed that the Work Environment variable had a not significant negative effect on Employee Performance, the Competency variable had a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, and the variable Job Satisfaction had a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance at Sayap Ibu Foundation Branch of Banten Province. Sumber daya manusia mempunyai posisi yang sangat penting mengingat kinerja organisasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas sumber daya manusianya. Banyak hal yang perlu diperhatikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, diantaranya keadaan lingkungan kerja dalam suatu perusahaan tempat mereka bekerja. Kompetensi merupakan variabel utama yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang karyawan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya, begitu juga dengan variabel kepuasan kerja. Dan penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Kompetensi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Yayasan Sayap Ibu Cabang Provinsi Banten. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah 73 responden yang bekerja di Yayasan Sayap Ibu Cabang Provinsi Banten dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda dengan program IBM SPSS Statistics versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel Lingkungan Kerja berpangaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, variabel Kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan variabel Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruuh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Yayasan Sayap Ibu Cabang Provinsi Banten. Kata kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Kompetensi, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, Yayasan Sayap Ibu Cabang Provinsi Banten.
