Abstract

In construction services, workforce involvement is one of the successes in every work done on a project, labor productivity is one of the important values to speed up work so that there are no delays in every work process. One way to measure labor productivity is to measure the level of LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) using the work sampling method. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of labor productivity in the field ceiling frame work cycle. The case study in this research was carried out in the Ciputra Mall development project, Citra Raya Cikupa, Tangerang, Banten by means of field observations to collect the necessary data. From the results of data collection, it is processed so that it can examine the level of LUF (Labor Utilization Factor). The results of the data analysis that have been processed, it can be seen that the LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) value of ceiling frame workers is 71% of the value of the LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) not fully labor in ceiling frame work is the cause of delays. With a LUF value of more than 50%, it is still classified as productive. Keywords: Productivity, Worker, Ceiling Frame, LUF, Work Sampling. Dalam jasa kontsuksi keterlibatan tenaga kerja jadi salah satu keberhasilan di setiap pekerjaan yang dikerjakan di suatu proyek, produktivitas tenaga kerja menjadi salah satu nilai penting untuk mempercepatnya pekerjaan supaya tidak terjadi keterlambatan di setiap proses pengerjaan. Salah satu cara mengukur produktivitas tenaga kerja dengan mengukur besarnya tigkat LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) dengan menggunakan metode work sampling. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja pada siklus pekerjaan rangka plafon dilapangan. Studi kasus dalam penelitian ini dilakukan di proyek pembangunan Mal Ciputra, Citra Raya Cikupa, Tangerang, Banten dengan cara observasi dilapangan untuk mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan. Dari hasil pengumpulan data diolah sehingga dapat meneliti besarnya tingkat LUF (Labor Utilization Factor). Hasil dari analisis data yang telah di olah dapat diketahui nilai LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) dari pekerja rangka plafon sebesar 71% dari besarnya nilai LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) tidak sepenuhnya tenaga kerja pada pekerjaan rangka plafon menjadi peyebab keterlambatan. Dengan nilai LUF lebih dari 50% maka masih tergolong produktiv. Kata kunci : Produktivitas, Pekerja, Rangka Plafon, LUF, Work Sampling.
