Abstract

requiring PLN to provide electricity supply services continuosly to consumers. But the reality in the community often occurs due to power disruptions due to lost electricity supply. Cubicle Automatic Change Over is cubicle that has two different source in the event of a breakdown/loss of voltage at one source. To determine the optimal performance of the ACO cubicle and speed up recovery time in the event of a disturbance, a load factor calculation for each feeder is required to be used as a supply to customers. To find out the feeder load factor, it can be calculated using the feeder's WBP and LWBP data that will be used while to know the outage recovery time, SAIDI can be calculated on the customer. The calculation result of feeder load factor does not exceed the standard value that is 0.8. The load factor of rajasa, resah, weling, geli, pari and ayodya feeders is 0.59, 0.40, 0.49, 0.39, 0.47, and 0.36. The use of ACO cubicles to speed up recovery time when disturbances occur can be seen in the results of comparison of said customers before and after using ACO cubicles. On S87, P56, S44, and S38 substations, before using ACO cubicles, the duration of outages is 55 minutes/year, 82 minutes/year, 181 minutes/year, and 77 minutes/year, while after using ACO cubicles, the duration of death is 0.6 seconds/year, 0.6 seconds/year, 0.9 seconds/year and 0.6 seconds/year. Keywords: ACO Cubicle, Load Factor, SAIDI aruskan PLN memberikan pelayanan suplai listrik secara terus menerus kepada konsumen. Namun kenyataan di masyarakat sering terjadi gangguan listrik karena suplai listrik yang hilang. Kubikel Automatic Change Over adalah kubikel yang mempunyai dua sumber yang berlainan yang bekerja secara otomatis untuk pindah dari sumber daya utama ke sumber daya cadangan apabila terjadi gangguan/hilang tegangan pada salah satu sumber. Untuk menentukan keoptimalan kinerja pada kubikel ACO dan mempercepat recovery time saat terjadi gangguan, maka diperlukan perhitungan load factor pada masing-masing penyulang yang akan digunakan sebagai suplai ke pelanggan. Untuk mengetahui load factor penyulang dapat dihitung menggunakan data WBP dan LWBP penyulang yang akan digunakan sedangkan untuk mengetahui recovery time pemadaman dapat dihitung SAIDI pada pelanggan. Hasil perhitungan load factor penyulang tidak melebihi nilai standar yaitu 0,8. Load factor penyulang rajasa, resah, weling, geli, pari, dan ayodya sebesar 0,59, 0,40, 0,49, 0,39, 0,47, dan 0,36. Penggunaan kubikel ACO untuk mempercepat recovery time saat terjadi gangguan dapat dilihat hasil perbandingan saidi pelanggan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan kubikel ACO. Pada gardu S87, P56, S44, dan S38 yaitu sebelum menggunakan kubikel ACO lama durasi padam 55 menit/tahun, 82 menit/tahun, 181 menit/tahun dan 77 menit/tahun sedangkan sesudah menggunakan kubikel ACO lama durasi padam 0,6 detik/tahun, 0,6 detik/tahun, 0,9 detik/tahun dan 0,6 detik/tahun.
