Abstract
Water is the source of life for all living things. Humans and other living creatures are very dependent on water to sustain their lives. Humans need water for drinking, cooking, bathing, washing and other needs. Distribution of water to residents - residents of the apartment using the Transfer Pump. Transfer Pump is a machine used to drain water from the ground tank to the roof tank. Ground tank is a reservoir of water that is embedded in the ground. Given the importance of water for life, an automatic Transfer Pump control system is needed that can be monitored in real time. As the development of technology continues to change and develop actively, so this has increasingly given a very significant effect on the field of control engineering. One of them with the innovation of the Internet of Things, can be made an Automatic Transfer Pump Control System Based on the NodeMCU ESP32 Microcontroller which can be monitored in real time Transfer Pump conditions and water level. To avoid damage to the Transfer Pump at initial start, the control system that is made is equipped with a Star-Delta Starter. The results of this study conclude that the first, after the control system has been designed and conducted a trial for one week, which is from June 8 to June 15, 2020, the engine can run well and according to plan. Secondly, the water level can be monitored in real time through a web service so that any changes in water level can always be known. Third, the accuracy of the ultrasonic sensor in the reading of the water level is ± 5.9% of the actual distance. Keywords: Control System, Transfer Pump, NodeMCU ESP32, Star-Delta Starter, Ultrasonic Senso Air merupakan sumber kehidupan bagi seluruh makhluk hidup. Manusia dan makhuk hidup yang lain sangat bergantung pada air untuk mempertahankan hidupnya. Mesin yang digunakan untuk pendistribusian air ke penghuni – penghuni apartemen disebut Transfer Pump. Transfer Pump merupakan sebuah mesin yang digunakan untuk mengalirkan air dari ground tank ke roof tank. Mengingat pentingnya air bagi kehidupan, maka diperlukan sebuah sistem kendali Transfer Pump otomatis yang dapat dipantau secara realtime. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi yang terus berubah dan berkembsng secara aktif, maka hal ini semakin banyak memberikan efek manfaat yang sangat signifikan terhadap bidang Teknik kendali. Salah satunya dengan inovasi Internet of Things(IoT), dapat dibuat sebuah Sistem Kendali Otomatis Transfer Pump Berbasis Mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP32 yang dapat dimonitor secara real time dan dilengkapi dengan Star-Delta Starter. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa yang pertama, setelah sistem kendali selesai dirancang dan dilakukan trial selama satu minggu yaitu pada tanggal 08 Juni sampai dengan tanggal 15 Juni 2020, mesin dapat berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan rencana. Yang kedua, level air dapat termonitor secara realtime melalui web service sehingga setiap perubahan ketinggian air dapat diketahui. Yang ketiga, Akurasi sensor ultrasonik adalah ±5,9 % dari jarak sebenarnya. Kata kunci : Sistem Kendali, Transfer Pump, NodeMCU ESP32, Star-Delta Starter, Sensor Ultrasonik
