Abstract

This study aims to find out the difference in axial bearing capacity with several methods, namely the Mayerhoff method, the Reese and Wright method, and the O'Neill and Reese method for pole end bearing capacity, the Coyle and Castello method, and Alpha for pole blanket and lateral bearing capacity with LPile software. In addition, the analysis also calculated the value of the elastic pole reduction. The calculation results of single pole carrying capacity (Qall) based on NSPT data by using several methods on DB XI soil conditions sequentially according to Meyerhof (1976) method obtained carrying capacity of 403,196 tons, Reese & Wright (1977) method of 403,196 tons and according to method O'Neil and Reese (1989) obtained the results of carrying capacity of 1449,663 tons. For calculations on land DB X shows the following results: calculation of Meyerhof (1976) method 353,211 tons, Reese & Wright (1977) method of 353,211 tons, while for O’neil and Reese (1989) method amounted to 1622,029 tons. In the group pole condition, on the same land as calculated on P32 poles with a planned load of 7940,038 tons (the result of the consultant planner) the calculation results obtained with each method are: Meyerhof (1976) of 22874,914 tons, Reese & wright (1977) of 22874,914 tons, and O'neil and Reese of 217566,142 tons. The same thing is shown in the calculation of group poles on pole P6 with the planned load of 1662,077 tons, the calculation results are as follows: Meyerhof (1977) of 5499,675 tons, Reese and Wright (1977) of 5499,675 tons, and O'neil and Reese yield of 3414,729 tons. Thus it can be said that the two pole designs are able to support the planned load. The results of calculations using the Vesic method (1977) can be reduced on a single P32 drill pole of 0.692 cm and a decrease in the group drill pole can be 2.135 cm. and for decreasing the single pole on pole P6 which is 0.629 cm and 1.938 cm for pole groups. From the calculation of lateral carrying capacity using Lpile 2018 software, the deflection value is obtained between p-y curve and lateral test which is not too significant. Where the graph of the p-y curve results in a deflection value that does not exceed the lateral displacement of the permit by 6 mm from the lateral test. Thus it can be said that the pole design in TP-1 and TP-5 is able to support the planned lateral load. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari perbedaan daya dukung aksial tiang dengan beberapa metode yaitu metode Mayerhoff, metode Reese and Wright, dan metode O’Neill and Reese untuk daya dukung ujung tiang, metode Coyle and Castello, dan Alpha untuk selimut tiang serta daya dukung lateral tiang dengan software LPile. Selain itu pada analisis juga dihitung nilai penurunan elastik tiangnya. Hasil perhitungan daya dukung tiang tunggal (Qall ) berdasarkan data NSPT dengan menggunakan beberapa metode pada keadaan tanah DB XI secara berurutan menurut yaitu metode Meyerhof (1976) didapat daya dukung 403.196 ton, metode Reese & Wright (1977) sebesar 403.196 ton dan menurut metode O’neil dan Reese (1989) didapat hasil daya dukung sebesar 1449.663 ton. Untuk perhitungan pada tanah DB X menunjukan hasil sebagai berikut: perhitungan metode Meyerhof (1976) 353.211 ton, metode Reese & Wright (1977) sebesar 353.211 ton, sedangkan untuk metode O’neil dan Reese (1989) sebesar 1622.029 ton. Dalam keadaan tiang kelompok, pada tanah yang sama dengan perhitungan pada tiang P32 dengan beban rencana sebesar 7940.038 ton (hasil dari konsultan perencana) didapat hasil perhitungan dengan masing-masing metode yaitu: Meyerhof (1976) sebesar 22874.914 ton, Reese & wright (1977) sebesar 22874.914 ton, serta O’neil dan Reese sebesar 217566.142 ton. Hal yang sama pula ditunjukan pada perhitungan tiang kelompok pada tiang P6 dengan beban yang direncanakan sebesar 1662.077 ton, hasil perhitungan sebagai berikut: Meyerhof (1977) sebesar 5499.675 ton, Reese dan Wright (1977) sebesar 5499.675 ton, dan O’neil dan Reese memberikan hasil sebesar 3414.729 ton. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan kedua desain tiang tersebut mampu menopang beban yang direncanakan. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode Vesic (1977) di dapat penurunan elastik pada tiang bor tunggal P32 sebesar 0.692 cm dan penurunan elastik pada tiang bor kelompok di dapat 2,135 cm. serta untuk penurunan tiang tunggal pada tiang P6 yaitu 0.629 cm dan 1,938 cm untuk tiang kelompok. Dari hasil perhitungan daya dukung lateral menggunakan software Lpile 2018, didapatkan nilai deflection antara p-y curve dengan lateral test yang tidak terlalu signifikan. Dimana grafik hasil p-y curve memiliki nilai defleksi yang tidak melebihi perpindahan lateral ijin sebesar 6 mm dari lateral test. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan desain tiang pada TP-1 dan TP-5 mampu menopang beban lateral yang direncanakan.
