Abstract

Public traffic activities on the road often cause traffic accidents caused by several accident factors including human factors, vehicles, roads, and the environment. This has resulted in a traffic problem and requires serious handling considering the enormous losses incurred, in the form of injuries to the victim's death, as well as material losses. This research discusses the problem of traffic accidents that occurred on Jalan Tubagus Angke Raya. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics and their effects, the causative factors, the location of accident-prone areas and the accident-prone points on these roads. The type of data used is primary data obtained from field observations where data is in the form of road conditions, environmental conditions, speed data and secondary data obtained from Laka Lantas, West Jakarta Police in the form of accident data for 2018-2020. The research method used is the method of AEK (Accident Equivalent Rate), BKA (Batas Kontrol Atas) and UCL (Upper Control Limit). Speed data and secondary data obtained from Laka Then West Jakarta Police are in the form of accident data for 2018-2020. Based on the results of the accident analysis on the Tubagus Angke Raya road, it is found that the classification of accident characteristics that affect the height of accidents, namely, the location of the incident is a straight road as many as 55 events (70%), the day of occurrence is working days (Monday-Friday) as many as 66 events (85%), The number involved, namely the collision between two vehicles as many as 43 incidents (55%), the vehicle involved, namely motorbikes as many as 75 vehicles (64%), and the age of the perpetrator, namely the age above 30 years as many as 32 people (65%), the gender of the perpetrator was male as many as 46 people (94%), ownership of the perpetrator's sim, namely SIM C as many as 25 people (51%), the perpetrator's profession is private employees as many as 46 people (94%). Factors causing accidents are human, road and environmental factors. Accident-prone locations are STA 0 + 000 to STA 2 + 000.There are 8 accident-prone locations (Blackspots), at the Tubagus Angke flyover (10 incidents), near the Jabar funeral home (7 incidents), near the genit bridge (6 incidents), near RPTRA Kalijodo (5 incidents), in front of Wijaya Kusuma's grave garden (4 incidents), near the Kambing bridge (3 incidents), near the Tambora sub-district office (3 incidents), near the Pesing intersection (3 incidents). Keywords : Characteristics, factors causing accidents, AEK, BKA, UCL Kegiatan berlalu lintas masyarakat di jalan raya sering kali menimbulkan kecelakaan lalu lintas yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor kecelakaan diantaranya faktor manusia, kendaraan, jalan, dan lingkungan. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan suatu masalah lalu lintas dan membutuhkan penanganan yang serius mengingat kerugian yang terjadi sangat besar, berupa jatuhnya korban luka hingga korban meninggal dunia, maupun kerugian dari segi material. Pada penelitian ini dibahas mengenai masalah kecelakaan lalu lintas yang terjadi di Jalan Tubagus Angke Raya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan pengaruhnya, faktor penyebab, lokasi rawan kecelekaaan dan titik rawan kecelakaan di ruas jalan tersebut. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang didapat dari observasi lapangan dimana data berupa kondisi jalan, kondisi lingkungan, data kecepatan dan data sekunder yang didapat dari Laka Lantas Polres Jakarta Barat berupa data kecelakaan tahun 2018- 2020. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode AEK (Angka Ekivalen Kecelakaan), BKA (Batas Kontrol Atas) dan UCL (Upper Control Limit). Berdasarkan hasil analisis kecelakaan pada jalan tubagus angke raya didapatkan klasifikasi karakteristik kecelakaan yang mempengaruhi tingginya kecelakaan yaitu, lokasi kejadian yaitu jalan lurus sebanyak 55 kejadian (70%), hari terjadinya yaitu hari kerja (senin-jumat) sebanyak 66 kejadian (85%), jumlah yang terlibat yaitu tabrakan antara dua kendaraan sebanyak 43 kejadian (55%), kendaraan yang terlibat yaitu sepeda motor sebanyak 75 kendaraan (64%), dan usia pelaku yaitu usia diatas 30 tahun sebanyak 32 orang (65%), jenis kelamin pelaku yaitu pria sebanyak 46 orang (94%), kepemilikan sim pelaku yaitu sim C sebanyak 25 orang (51%), profesi pelaku yaitu pegawai swasta sebanyak 46 orang (94%). Faktor penyebab kecelakaan yaitu Faktor manusia, jalan, dan lingkungan. Lokasi rawan kecelakaan yaitu STA 0+000 s/d STA 2+000. Lokasi titik rawan kecelakaan (Blackspot) ada 8 titik yaitu di flyover tubagus angke (10 kejadian), dekat rumah duka jabar (7 kejadian), dekat jembatan genit (6 kejadian), dekat RPTRA Kalijodo (5 kejadian), depan taman makam wijaya kusuma (4 kejadian), dekat jembatan kambing (3 kejadian), dekat kantor camat tambora (3 kejadian), dekat persimpangan pesing (3 kejadian).
