Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of the product, location, price, and people on the repeat purchase decision at the Breadtalk store in Tangerang City Mall. The object for this research is consumers who have made a purchase at Tangerang City Mall Breadtalk Store. This research was done on 180 respondents by using a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistics in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this research showed that partially and simultaneously, the variable of product, location, price and people had a significant effect on the repeat purchase decision at the Tangerang City Mall Breadtalk store. It has been proven from the results of (f) simoultant test and the results of (t) partial test shows a significant value of the four independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore, the results of this research state that there are simultaneous influences between product variables, location, price and people on repeat purchase decisions at Tangerang City Mall breadtalk store. Keywords: Products, location, price, people, repurchase decisions Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk, lokasi, harga, dan orang terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang pada toko Breadtalk di Tangerang City Mall. Objek penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian di Toko Breadtalk Tangerang City Mall. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 180 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel produk, lokasi, harga dan orang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang pada toko Breadtalk Tangerang City Mall. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (Uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (Uji t) juga menunjukan nilai signifikan dari empat variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu, hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel produk, lokasi, harga dan orang terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang pada toko breadtalk Tangerang City Mall.
