Abstract

The cylinder head DOHC vibration caused by a force excitation of the round camshafts, bearing a shaft or bearing are a part that role is to reduce the amount of style, swipe on the part the shaft camshafts Suzuki satria fu 150 using only with a bushing and flow of oil, round as the weight so we needed was modified with needle bearing that acceleration to better.The emergence of the vibrations after using needle bearing. will be different Do the testing to see a pattern of vibration ( vibration patern ). Method used in this analysis was method bump test and running on a round 1461 RPM and 1490 RPM the axis X, Y, and Z, the measurement result mode of global frequency namely 4Hz, 8Hz, 12Hz, 16Hz, 20Hz, 24Hz, 28Hz, 36Hz, 40Hz, 44Hz, 48Hz, 52Hz, 60Hz, 84Hz, 92Hz, and 100Hz. And the local frequency to appear at 32Hz, 56Hz, 80Hz, and 116Hz, camshafts afterwards modified use needle bearing tends to rise so that generate magnitudes that are not normal Key words:. Vibration, Modification, Needle Bearing, Cylinder Head, Camshaft Pada Cylinder Head DOHC getaran ditimbulkan akibat adanya gaya eksitasi dari putaran camshaft, bantalan poros atau bearing merupakan bagian yang berperan untuk mengurangi besarnya gaya gesek, pada bagian poros camshaft Suzuki Satria Fu 150 hanya menggunakan bushing dan aliran oli sebagai penahan putaran, sehingga perlu dilakukan modifikasi dengan needle bearing agar akselerasi lebih baik. Timbulnya getaran setelah menggunakan needle bearing akan berbeda. Dilakukan pengujian untuk mengetahui pola getaran (Vibration Patern). Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis ini adalaha metoda bump test dan Running pada putaran 1461 RPM dan 1490 RPM bersumbu X, Y, dan Z, Hasil pengukuran Modus global yang muncul yaitu 4Hz, 8Hz, 12Hz, 16Hz, 20Hz, 24Hz, 28Hz, 36Hz, 40Hz, 44Hz, 48Hz, 52Hz, 60Hz, 84Hz, 92Hz, dan 100Hz. Dan Frekuensi lokal muncul pada 32Hz, 56Hz, 80Hz, dan 116Hz, camshaft setelah dimodifikasi menggunakan needle bearing cenderung naik sehingga menimbulkan getaran yang tidak normal.. Kata kunci:.
