Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di KPP Pratama Jakarta Pademangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 88 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of discipline and motivation on employee performance at KPP Pratama Jakarta Pademangan. This research was done to 88 respondents. The methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using multiple linier regression analysis. The results of the study show that the discipline has a positive effect on employee performance and motivation has a positive effect on employee performance.
