Abstract

In Shaft connecting the motor with a centrifugal pump it will cause vibrations. this results from the distance between the two couplings, thickness and width of the belt and configuration of the belt mounting position on the clutch. Vibration data is widely used as a tool for analyzing machines, both with motion and translation for maintenance and troubleshooting machines. This research discusses the vibration characteristics of the centrifugal pump shaft. The study used the Bumptest and Running methods with a variety of rounds. With these variations, it can be observed and known the behavior of vibrations that occur by measuring using the FFT Analyzer (Onosoki) vibration measuring instrument. Measurements are made by attaching the accelerometer sensor to the x, y, and z axes on the motor and pump parts, then when running it is tested with variations of 447 rpm, 897 rpm, and 1340 rpm. Keyword: Vibration, Pump Shaft, Maintenance, FFT Pada Shaft penghubung antara motor dengan pompa sentrifugal akan menimbulkan getaran. Getaran tersebut berasal dari pada poros pompa sentrifugal, hal ini diakibatkan dari jarak antara kedua kopling, tebal dan lebar sabuk serta konfigurasi posisi pemasangan sabuk pada kopling. Data getaran banyak digunakan sebagai alat untuk melakukan analisis terhadap mesin-mesin, baik dengan gerak maupun translasi guna perawatan maupun troubleshooting mesin. Pada Penelitian ini membahas mengenai karakteristik getaran pada poros pompa sentrifugal. Penelitian menggunakan metode Bumptest dan Running dengan variasi putaran. Dengan variasi tersebut dapat diamati dan diketahui perilaku getaran yang terjadi dengan cara mengukur dengan mengunakan alat ukur getaran FFT Analyzer (Onosoki). Pengukuran dilakukan dengan menempelkan sensor accelerometer pada sumbu x, y, dan z pada bagian motor dan pompa, kemudian pada saat running diuji dengan variasi 447 rpm, 897 rpm, dan 1340 rpm.
