Abstract
Bearing a shaft or often also called bearing is the part very important role in an engine industry and indivisible serves to reduce the style stringed and vibration caused by a pivot round an element machine. There are two types of mechanism used in overcoming friction bearing the geser mechanism and the rolling. To a mechanism geser, occurring between the surface where relative motion, and the use of a lubricant holding a very important role. The study is done at Tapered Roller Bearing Turbine Propeller said the purpose of this study is to find characteristic dynamics in Tepered Roller Bearing had before and after lubrication (oli & grease). The test was carried out using the Bump Test method applied on three measured parts namely X, Y, and Z axes, and rotation variation of the turbine propeller due to the influence of wind tunnel wind speed variation with 4 (four) wind speed variation of 5.6 m/s; 6.7 m/s; 7.6 m/s and 8.1 m/s. In addition, the calculation of BPFO, BPFI, FTF and BSF to detect damage to bearings on each bearing component. Vibration measuring device used is a FFT analyzer type Onno Sokki CF3600. Vibration measurement results are processed using Matlab R2019a software to obtain a measurement result of the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) chart. The results of the study showed that after-lubrication (grease) bearings lowered amplitude vibration at the same frequency at each measuring position, the most number of vibration frequencies appearing in the condition before and after lubrication (oil & grease) is at the Y axis measurement position and at least at the X axis measurement position, and Detection of damage based on calculations of BPFO, BPFI, FTF and BSF on the frequency of vibration conditions before lubrication found that there are indications of damage to the cage components on the bearing. FFT Analyzer, Turbine Propeller, Wind Tunnel Bantalan poros atau sering juga disebut bearing merupakan bagian yang berperan sangat penting dalam suatu mesin industri dan tak terpisahkan berfungsi untuk mengurangi besarnya gaya gesek dan getaran yang ditimbulkan oleh poros putaran suatu elemen mesin. Terdapat dua jenis mekanisme yang digunakan bantalan dalam mengatasi gesekan yaitu mekanisme sliding dan mekanisme rolling. Untuk mekanisme sliding, dimana terjadi gerakan relatif antar permukaan, maka penggunaan pelumas memegang peranan yang sangat penting. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Tapered Roller Bearing Turbine Propeller yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik getaran yang dimiliki oleh tapered roller bearing tersebut pada kondisi sebelum dan sesudah pelumasan (oli & grease). Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pengukuran Bump Test pada 3 (tiga) posisi pengukuran yaitu sumbu X, Y dan Z, serta pengujian variasi putaran pada turbine propeller akibat pengaruh variasi kecepatan angin wind tunnel dengan 4 (empat) variasi kecepatan angin yaitu 5,6 m/s; 6,7 m/s; 7,6 m/s dan 8,1 m/s. Selain itu, dilakukan pula perhitungan BPFO, BPFI, FTF dan BSF untuk mendeteksi kerusakan pada bearing pada setiap komponen bearing. Alat ukur getaran yang digunakan adalah FFT analyzer tipe Onno Sokki CF3600. Hasil pengukuran getaran diolah menggunakan software Matlab R2019a untuk mendapatkan hasil pengukuran berupa grafik Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa bearing sesudah pelumasan (grease) menurunkan amplitude getaran pada frekuensi yang sama pada setiap posisi pengukuran, jumlah frekuensi getaran yang paling banyak muncul pada kondisi sebelum dan sesudah pelumasan (oli & grease) adalah pada posisi pengukuran sumbu Y dan paling sedikit pada posisi pengukuran sumbu X, dan Deteksi kerusakan berdasarkan perhitungan BPFO, BPFI, FTF dan BSF terhadap frekuensi getaran kondisi sebelum pelumasan didapatkan bahwa adanya indikasi kerusakan komponen cage pada bearing.
