Abstract
The formula that can calculate the heat transfer value from outside to the inside of the building is OTTV or Overall Thermal Transfer Value which is has been standardized in SNI 03-6389-2000 (Dimas, Fitria, & D, 2017). The building is said to be save or economical if the heat gain on the building envelope or OTTV is 35 Watt/m2 ((Badan Standardisasi Nasional, 2011). The question which is faced today is difference in method in calculating existing OTTV, therefore it is necessary to conduct a comparative research of the SNI 6389:2011 method and CLTD/SCL/CLF (Cooling Load Temperature Difference/Solar Cooling Load/Cooling Load Factor) method. In this research of this case is analysis with a quantitative research approach to calculate the OTTV value on the Batu Ceper apartment building – Tanggerang. Quantitative approach was chosen because the research process uses data coverage is in the form of numbers statistic and the OTTV value cannot exceed 35 W/m2. This research is to calculates of OTTV (Overall Thermal Transfer Value) is based on the SNI 6389:2011 method and CLTD/SCL/CLF. OTTV calculation on the Batu Ceper apartment building – Tanggerang using the SNI 6389:2011 method obtained a result of 29,15 W/m2. This value is in accordance with the SNI standards is must not exceed 35 W/m2. Whereas the CLTD/SCL/CLF method calculation is exceeds the SNI standard that is 36,14 W/m2. This is because SNI method has a global calculation and the level of accuracy is lacking while the CLTD/SCL/CLF method has a high level of accuracy. Many factors of the CLTD/SCL/CLF method are not owned by the SNI method, so that accuracy of the CLTD/SCL/CLF method is not in doubt. Keyword: OTTV, SNI 6389:2011, CLF/SCL/CLTD Formula yang dapat memperhitungkan nilai perpindahan panas dari luar ke dalam gedung adalah OTTV atau Overall Thermal Transfer Value yang dibakukan dalam SNI 03-6389-2000 (Dimas, Fitria, & D, 2017). Bangunan dikatakan hemat apabila perolehan kalor pada selubung bangunan atau OTTV sebesar 35 Watt/m2 (Badan Standardisasi Nasional, 2011). Masalah yang dihadapi saat ini adalah adanya perbedaan metode dalam perhitungan OTTV yang ada oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan penelitian perbandingan metode SNI 6389:2011 dan metode CLTD /SCL/CLF (Cooling Load Temperature Difference/Solar Cooling Load/Cooling Load Factor). Dalam penelitian ini melakukan analisa kasus dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif untuk menghitung nilai OTTV pada bangunan Apartemen Batu Ceper - Tangerang. Pendekatan kuantitatif dipilih karena proses penelitian yang menggunakan cakupan data berupa angka-angka statistik dan nilai OTTV tidak boleh melebihi 35 W/m2. Penelitian ini menghitung OTTV (Overall Thermal Transfer Value) menurut metode SNI 6389:2011 dan CLTD/SCL/CLF. Perhitungan OTTV pada Apartemen Batu Ceper - Tangerang dengan menggunakan metode SNI 6389:2011 diperoleh hasil sebesar 29,15 W/m2. Nilai ini sesuai dengan standar SNI yaitu tidak boleh melebihi 35 W/m2. Sedangkan perhitungan metode CLTD/SCL/CLF melebihi standar SNI yaitu 36,14 W/m2. Hal ini dikarenakan metode SNI memiliki perhitungan secara global dan tingkat ketelitian yang kurang sedangkan metode CLTD/SCL/CLF memiliki tingkat ketelitian yang tinggi. Banyak faktor dari metode CLTD/SCL/CLF tidak dimiliki metode SNI sehingga metode CLTD/SCL/CLF tidak diragukan ketelitiannya. Kata Kunci: OTTV, SNI 6389:2011, CLF/SCL/CLTD
