Abstract

From the beginning until now the problem of the shell and coir only revolves around the use of charcoal, as a substitute for firewood, from the use there is good or not, both reduce the pile of the remaining coconut, and not how to make or process charcoal from these materials can still be said to interfere with the environment with burning smoke from these materials, therefore in need of other uses in order to support his other needs. Lifted from these problems there is also a solution so that the material is made as a strong composite material to be made into a cruiser board product, by going through a long process and processing, but the remaining material will be more useful to support other needs. Keywords: Coconut fruit, Utilization of coconut shell and coir, Composite, Cruiser board Dari dulu hingga sekarang permasalahan tempurung dan sabut hanya berputar kepada pemanfaatan untuk di jadikan arang, pengganti kayu bakar, dari pemanfaatan tersebut ada baik ada juga tidak nya, baiknya mengurangi tumpukan dari sisa buah kelapa tersebut, dan tidaknya cara pembuatan atau pengolahan arang dari bahan tersebut masih di bisa dikatakan menggangu lingkungan dengan asap pembakaran dari bahan tersebut, maka dari itu di perlukan nya pemanfaatan lain guna untuk menunjang kebutuhan lainnya. Di angkat dari permasalahan tersebut ada juga solusi agar material tersebut di jadikan satu sebagai material komposit yang kuat untuk dijadikan produk cruiser board, dengan melalui proses dan pengolahan yang cukup panjang, akan tetapi bahan sisa tersebut akan lebih berguna untuk menunjang kebutuhan lain nya.
