Abstract
The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of CIP Lounge, which is one of the facilities available at the airport, this facility exists to meet the needs of passengers in the passenger area terminal, the Waiting Room for CIP (Commercially Important Room) lounges develops along with the increasing amount of money purchased using the freedom of flight at the airport, existing space facilities in accordance with the user's lifestyle and supported space that can provide comfort and user satisfaction. CIP facilities (commercially important people) Waiting rooms are available for passengers who have the privilege of waiting time compilation, with complete facilities that provide special services that provide comfort and exclusivity that cannot be done in ordinary public waiting rooms. The research method used in this study uses the design research method using the flow CHAPTER I Introduction, CHAPTER II Data review, CHAPTER III Project Data Analysis, CHAPTER IV Planning Concepts, CHAPTER V Conclusions and Suggestions. This CIP Lounge is located at Sepinggan airport, Balikpapan, this Lounge serves both local and foreign passengers, therefore CIP Lounge which provides comfort at the airport is one of the secondary needs needed by passengers who want the privilege to support CIP Lounge activities Airport, and the results of this study are the concept of "The Combination between Eastern Kelimantan Culture and Modern Contemporary" can be applied to the CIP Lounge Interior planning and in accordance with the concepts that have been determined. Keywords: CIP Lounge, Sepinggan Airport, Interior Design, comfort Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan gambaran dari CIP Lounge yang merupakan salah satu fasilitas yang tersedia di bandara, fasilitas tersebut ada untuk memenuhi kebutuhan para penumpang yang ada di area terminal penumpang, Ruang Tunggu CIP (Commercial Important Person) lounge berkembang sejak meningkatnya frekuensi jumlah penumpang yang menggunakan maskapai penerbangan di bandara, fasilitas ruang yang ada sesuai dengan tuntutan gaya hidup pengguna serta di dukung suasana ruang yang dapat memberikan kenyamanan serta kepuasan pengguna. fasilitas CIP (commercial important person) Lounge yang ada biasanya di gunakan untuk para penumpang yang menginginkan privilege ketika menunggu waktu keberangkatan, Dengan fasilitas lengkap yang memberikan pelayanan khusus yang memberi kenyamanan dan eksklusivitas yang tidak di dapat di ruang tunggu umum biasa. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode penelitian desain dengan menggunakan alur BAB I Pendahuluan, BAB II Tinjauan Data, BAB III Analisa Data Proyek, BAB IV Konsep Perencanaan, BAB V Kesimpulan dan Saran. CIP Lounge ini berada di bandara sepinggan, Balikpapan, Lounge ini melayani penumpang baik lokal maupun mancanegara, oleh karena itu kebutuhan akan adanya CIP Lounge yang memberi kenyamanan di sebuah bandara merupakan salah satu kebutuhan sekunder yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh para penumpang yang menginginkan privilege untuk menunjang aktivitas ketika menunggu jadwal keberangkatan, subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu para pengguna CIP Lounge Bandara, Dan hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Konsep “The Combination Between Cultural East Kelimantan And Modern Contemporary” dapat di aplikasikan pada perencanaan Interior CIP Lounge dan sesuai dengan konsep yang telah di tentukan.
