Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effect of quick ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, return on equity and earning per share to company value (PBV) in the coal sector mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. The selection of samples used in this research used a saturated sample method and obtained 9 companies as samples. Research data was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. A more appropriate methode is common effect. Partially it shows that the variable return on equity has a positive and significant effect meanwhile the variable quick ratio, debt equity ratio, total asset turnover and earnings per share have a negative and significant effect on firm value (PBV). Keyword : company value, price book value (PBV), quick ratio (QR), debt to equity ratio (DER), total asset turnover (TATO), return on equity (ROE) dan earning per share (EPS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh quick ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, return on equity dan earning per share terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) pada perusahaan pertambangan sektor batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018. Pemilihan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dan didapatkan 9 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Data penelitian diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang lebih tepat digunakan adalah common effect. Secara parsial penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel return on equity memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan sedangkan variabel quick ratio, debt equity ratio, total asset turnover dan earning per share berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Kata Kunci : nilai perusahaan, price book value (PBV), quick ratio (QR), debt to equity ratio (DER), total asset turnover (TATO), return on equity (ROE) dan earning per share (EPS).
