Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of fundamental factors that are limited to DEBT Equity Ratio (DER), company size, and Return On Assets (ROA) against stock prices. The research object is a tourism, hospitality and restaurant company listed on the Indonesia Stock exchange period of 2013 – 2018. The data used is secondary data obtained through the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). The design of the research used is causal research. Sampling techniques using the purposive sampling method. From the methods acquired 10 companies that meet the criteria of a total of 35 companies during the six-year observation period. The analytical technique used is a regression analysis of data panels using three alternative model approaches such as common effects, fixed effects and random effects. Then for the selection of models used test chow test and Hausman test as well as testing using T-Statistic test. The results of the study using the T-Statistic test showed that the DER and ROA variables had a significant influence on the stock price and the Size variable had no effect on the stock price. Keywords: Debt Equity Ratio (DER), company size (Size), Return On Assets (ROA), and stock price. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor fundamental yang dibatasi dengan Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Ukuran perusahaan (Size), dan Return On Assets (ROA) terhadap harga saham. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pariwisata, perhotelan dan restoran yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2013 – 2018. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui situs Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id). Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Dari metode diperoleh 10 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria dari total 35 perusahaan selama periode pengamatan enam tahun. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan tiga pendekatan model alternatif yaitu common effects, fixed effects dan random effects. Kemudian untuk pemilihan model digunakan uji chow test dan hausman test serta pengujian menggunakan uji tstatistic. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji t-statistic menunjukan bahwa variabel DER dan ROA memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham dan variabel Size tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Kata kunci : Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Ukuran perusahaan (Size), Return On Assets (ROA), dan Harga Saham.
