Abstract

In the sub-district of Tomang there are reservoirs and pump houses to solve the flood problems in the Tomang sub-district area, but when it rains heavily there are still many areas are flooded. The study was carried out by calculating the planned rain value and planned flood discharge, then analyzing the existing and ending by recommending the design of the new pump capacity. From the results of the hydrological analysis, it was found that the annual 2-time return period was 9.463 (m³/sec) and the 5-year return period was 11.95 (m³/sec). With the existing analysis of the pump station, it was found that the contours in the Tomang area were sloping, the type of screw pump was less effective for reservoirs with the same elevation as the drainage channel and outflow from the pump station was too low so it could not function when the flow in western canal floods increased. To solve this problem, a larger pump capacity is needed, change the type of pump, and change the design of the pump station. Keywords : Debit plan, outflow, pump capacity, return period Pada kelurahan Tomang sudah terdapat waduk dan rumah pompa untuk mengatasi permasalahn banjir di wilayah kelurahan Tomang, namun ketika hujan lebat ternyata masih banyak daerah yang tergenang. Kajian dilakukan dengan cara menghitung nilai hujan rencana dan debit banjir rencana, kemudian menganalisis eksisting yang ada dan diakhiri dengan merekomendasikan desain kapasitas pompa yang baru. Dari hasil Analisa hidrologi didapatkan debit rencana kala ulang 2 tahunan sebesar 9,463 (m³/det) dan kala ulang 5 tahunan sebesar 11,95 (m³/det). Dengan mengalisis eksisting dari rumah pompa didapatkan bahwa kontur di wilayah Tomang landai, jenis pompa ulir kurang efektif untuk waduk yang memiliki elevasi yang sama dengan saluran drainase.. serta outflow dari rumah pompa terlalu rendah sehingga tidak bisa berfunfsi saat aliran di banjir kanal barat meningkat. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan kapasitas pompa yang lebih besar, merubah jenis pompa, dan mengubah desain rumah pompa.
