Abstract

This research is to examine empirically the influence of utilization of information technology, top management participant and manager knowledge and user training. There were 65 respondents of accounting employees or accounting staff. In this research was quantitative method by processing data in the form of numbers. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with SmartPLS 3.0 processing. The results of this research indicate that partially shopitification of information technology have significant affect influence effectiveness of accounting information system, top management support do not have significant affect influence on the effectiveness of accounting information systems, manager knowledge do not have significant affect influence on the effectiveness of accounting information systems and the user training not have significant affect on the effectiveness of accounting information systems at PT. United Can Company in West Jakarta.. This is evidenced from the results of t-statistics (t test) and shows the significant value of the two independent variables that support the hypothesis while one variable doesn’t support the hypothesis. Therefore, the test results from this study state that there are influences between shopitification of information technology variables, and top management support on effectiveness of accounting information systems while not having an influence on the manager knowledge and user training on effectiveness of accounting information systems at PT. United Can Company in West Jakarta. Keywords: Accounting information systems ,effectiveness of AIS, sophistication, top management Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai secara empiris Pengaruh Kecanggihan Teknologi, Dukungan Manajemen Puncak, Pengetahuan Manajer, dan Pelatihan Pemakai terhadap Efektivitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 65 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, secara parsial kecanggihan teknologi informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi, pengetahuan manajer tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi dan pelatihan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi pada PT. United Can Company Ltd. di Jakarta Barat. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil t-statistik (uji t) dan menunjukan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa sedangkan dua variabel tidak mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara variabel kecanggihan teknologi, dan dukungan manajemen puncak, sedangakan pengetahuan manajer, dan pelatihan pemakai tidak berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi pada PT.
