Abstract

Perencanaan sistem transportasi merupakan salah satu bagian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari perencanaan kota dan wilayah. Rencana kota tanpa mempertimbangkan pola transportasi akan menghasilkan ketidak teraturan di kemudian hari. Yang perlu diketahui bahwa perencanaan transportasi itu sendiri bersifat dinamis. Persimpangan Jalan Panjang adalah salah satu simpang yang menghubungkan wilayah Tangerang di wilayah barat dengan Jakarta. Dari pengamatan langsung di lokasi simpang dan ruas terdapat berbagai jenis kendaraan seperti kendaraan kecil, kendaraan berat maupun sepeda motor yang melintas pada ruas dan simpang tersebut yang mengakibatkan antrian kendaraan menuju persimpangan terutama pada jam sibuk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencoba menganalisa persimpangan jalan panjang dan ruas Jalan Daan Mogot serta permasalahan dan mencoba memberikan alternatif pemecahan masalah menggunakan metode MKJI 1997. Berdasarkan data primer yang didapatkan dengan cara survey kita akan bisa menghitung kondisi eksisting kinerja simpang dan ruas. Hasil analisis pada kinerja ruas jalan daan mogot dengan tingkat pelayanan D dari acuan pada POS 1 dengan nilai DS 0,87 dan kecepatan aktual 13,20 km/jam, dan pada POS 2 nilai DS 1,22 dan kecepatan aktual 12,85 km/jam. Opsi pemecahan masalah yang dapat di berikan penulis terhadap pemerintah DKI Jakarta adalah dengan pengaturan ulang fase sinyal dan memperlebar pendekat serta menambahkan rambu lalu lintas tambahan. Dengan hal ini maka kinerja perimpangan sebidang dan ruas Jalan Daan Mogot & Jalan Panjang akan lebih Optimal. Abstract Title: Road performance and mogot & Intersection A section of road and traffic to the long road, Name: Irvan Syah, NIM: 4111 211 0035, Supervisor: Ir. Alizar, MT. 2019. Transportation system planning is one part that cannot be separated from urban and regional planning. City plans without considering transportation patterns will result in irregularities in the future. What needs to be known is that transportation planning itself is dynamic. The long road intersection is one intersection that connects the Tangerang region in the western region with Jakarta. From direct observation at the intersection and segment locations there are various types of vehicles such as small vehicles, heavy vehicles and motorbikes that cross the sections and intersections which result in the queue of vehicles leading to intersections, especially during rush hour. This study aims to try to analyze the long road intersections and road sections and mogot and problems and try to provide alternative solutions to problems using the MKJI 1997 method. Based on the primary data obtained by survey we will be able to calculate the existing conditions of intersection and segment performance. The results of the analysis on the performance of the road section are mogot with the service level D of the reference in POS 1 with the value of DS 0.87 and the actual speed of 13.20 km / h, and in the POS 2 the value of DS is 1.22 and the actual speed is 12.85 km / hour. The problem solving option that the author can give to the DKI Jakarta government is by rearranging the signal phase and widening the approach and adding additional traffic signs. With this, the performance of a plot of intersection and road sections and mogot & long road will be more optimal.
