Abstract

This study aims to determine, the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee job satisfaction. The subjects of this study were employees of PT. Purna Kreasi Sejahtera. The sample used in this study was 96 respondents who were employees and supported by primary data collection techniques. The method used in this study is PLS 3.0. the results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: work motivation, work environment, job satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, pangaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Purna Kreasi Sejahtera. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 96 responden yang merupakan karyawan dan didukung dengan teknik pengumpulan data primer. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah PLS 3.0. hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja
