Abstract

This study purpose to know the number of repayment for the work of pavement freeway concrete construction with the monthly, certificate the payment of a price unit work pavement freeway concrete construction with the contractor full pre financing. and compare it Research is divided into three 3 (three), stage the first phase is introduction consisting of the literature study and preliminary survey. The second phase is the gathering primary and secondary data. As for primary data gathered is interviews with the contractor, consultants and the owner, project while secondary data collected is a picture, construction the list price of a unit, work price analysis unit and the volume of work to ply. concrete pavement The third stage is. data analysis and conclusions Research findings are the price of work on the construction of a motorway cisumdawu, phase iii certifica monthly payment system. Keywords: Price Comparison, Monthly Certificate and Full Pre Financing Contractor, Unit Price Concrete Pavement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah pembayaran harga satuan pekerjaan perkerasan jalan bebas hambatan konstruksi beton dengan metode Monthly Certificate, pembayaran harga satuan pekerjaan perkerasan jalan bebas hambatan konstruksi beton dengan metode Contractor Full Pre Financing dan membandingkannya. Penelitian ini dibagi menjadi 3 (tiga) tahap, tahap pertama adalah pendahuluan yang terdiri dari studi pustaka dan survey awal. Tahap kedua adalah pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Adapun data primer yang dikumpulkan adalah hasil wawancara dengan pihak kontraktor, konsultan dan pemilik proyek, sedangkan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan adalah gambar konstruksi, daftar harga satuan pekerjaan, analisa harga satuan dan volume pekerjaan untuk perkerasan jalan beton. Tahap ketiga adalah analisis data dan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian terdapat Selisih harga satuan pekerjaan pada proyek Pembangunan Jalan Bebas Hambatan Cisumdawu Phase III, sistem pembayaran Monthly Certificate dengan proyek Jalan Bebas Hambatan Kunciran – Serpong Paket II: Ruas Parigi – Serpong, sistem pembayaran Contractor Full Pre Financing sebesar 2,116%. Proyek dengan sistem pembayaran Contractor Full Pre Financing lebih mahal dari proyek system pembayaran Monthly Certificate.
