Abstract

In the implementation of construction projects, material as a component of costs also plays an important role in supporting the success of a project. Material procurement absorbs a considerable cost from the total cost of the project. Therefore the use of material is tried as effectively as possible so as not to cause much residual material to be wasted. At the Thamrin Nine Project, rebar waste is more than planned, namely 5%. Waste produced during the project is 13.62%, so the contractor loses. In the next implementation the researcher will conduct waste analysis to find out the causes of waste in order to minimize the losses received by the contractor due to waste for the next project. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct research to find out the causes of concrete rebar waste and waste level, and the waste costs generated during the construction of the Thamrin Nine project. To find the waste level, it is necessary to know the material data first. Next, the waste cost and waste index will be calculated. From the results of these calculations analyzed the causes of rebar waste with the fishbone diagram method. Project data used is in the form of data on the volume of rebar material used and the volume of installed rebar material that is calculated based on the Shop Drawing image. Based on the results of analysis of the remaining material rebar waste and survey in the field it is known that the largest percentage of waste during the Thamrin Nine Project comes from rebar material D40, with a waste percentage of 30.77% of the total Thamrin Nine Project waste from the 10th to the 30th floor amounting to 7.76%. The causes are material, human, and method. With the waste cost generated is Rp.893,377,306.40. Keywords: Waste Rebar Concrete, Waste Level, Waste Index, Waste Cost, Fishbone Diagram. Dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi, material sebagai salah satu komponen dari biaya turut memegang peranan penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan suatu proyek. Pengadaan material menyerap biaya yang cukup besar dari biaya total proyek. Oleh karena itu penggunaan material diusahakan seefektif mungkin agar tidak banyak menimbulkan material sisa yang akan terbuang. Pada Proyek Thamrin Nine, waste besi beton melebihi dari yang direncanakan yaitu 5%. Waste yang dihasilkan selama proyek berlangsung yaitu 13.62%, sehingga pihak kontraktor mengalami kerugian. Pada pelaksanaan selanjutnya peneliti akan melakukan analisis waste untuk mengetahui penyebab waste agar meminimalisir kerugian yang diterima oleh pihak kontraktor akibat waste untuk proyek selanjutnya. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab waste besi beton serta waste level,dan waste cost yang dihasilkan selama pengerjaan proyek Thamrin Nine. Untuk menemukan waste level perlu diketahui terlebih dahulu data material. Selanjutnya akan dihitung waste cost dan waste index. Dari hasil perhitungan tersebut dianalisa faktor penyebab waste besi dengan metode fishbone diagram. Data proyek yang digunakan berupa data volume material besi yang terpakai dan volume material besi terpasang yang dihitung berdasarkan gambar Shop Drawing. Berdasarkan hasil analisa perhitungan sisa material waste besi dan survei dilapangan diketahui bahwa persentase waste terbesar selama pelaksanaan Proyek Thamrin Nine berasal dari material besi D40, dengan persentase waste sebesar 30,77% dari total waste Proyek Thamrin Nine dari lantai 10 sampai lantai 30 adalah sebesar 7,76%. Penyebabnya adalah material, manusia, dan metode. Dengan waste cost yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar Rp.893.377.306,40.
