Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of motivation on discipline, learning achievement, and teacher performance of SMA Al-Huda IECM Cengkareng. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this researchis 95 students of SMA Al-Huda IECM Cengkareng. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis tool Smart- PLS. The results showed motivation that has positive and significant effect on discipline. Motivation that has positive and significant effect on learning achievement. Motivation that has positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Discipline that has positive and significant effect on learning achievement. Discipline that has positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Teacher performance that has positive and significant effect onlearning achievment. Keywords: Motivation, Discipline, Learning Achievement, Teacher Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kedisiplinan, prestasi belajar, dan kinerja guru pada SMA Al-Huda IECM Cengkareng. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi SMA Al-Huda IECM Cengkareng sebanyak 95 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kedisiplinan. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kinerja guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar.
