Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work environment, work discipline and promotion on employee satisfaction.The object for this research is employee at PT.PINS Indonesia. The population in the research is employees of finance & businness support of 35 persons and taken all as the samples. The research uses a quantitative descriptive approach . Measurement variables by using a Likert scale with a score of 1 to 5 scale. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression statistical techniques and to test the significant level using the F test and t-test with SPSS all assistance. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, work environment, work discipline and promotion influence the employee satisfaction of PT.PINS Indonesia. This is evidenced from the results of simultaneous tests (F test). Work environment and work discipline partially have a negative and significant effect on employee satisfaction, while promotion does not have effect employee satisfaction. This is evidenced from the results of partial tests (t-test). Therefore, the test results from this study state the there is a simultaneous influence between work environment, work discipline and promotion on PT.PINS Indonesia’s job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan promosi jabatan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT.PINS Indonesia. Objek untuk penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT.PINS Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan divisi finance & business support yang berjumlah 35 dan diambil semua sebagai anggota sampel. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Pengukuran variabel dengan menggunakan teknik skala Likert dengan skala skor 1 hingga 5. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik statistik regresi linier berganda dan untuk menguji tingkat signifikan menggunakan uji F dan Uji t dengan bantun program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan, variabel lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan promosi jabatan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT.PINS Indonesia. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (Uji F). Lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan promosi jabatan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji parsial (Uji t). Oleh karena itu, hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan promosi jabatan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT.PIS Indonesia Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Promosi Jabatan, PT.PINS Indonesia.
