Abstract
Fulfillment for meat in Indonesia still has many problems. Many problems to fulfill the demand for meat in Indonesia are caused by various problems in cultivation and livestock. Among them are the health problems of livestock and the lack of awareness of farmers about the health of their livestock. The limited number of veterinarians and the length of the examination process that requires several times of monitoring causes reluctance of ranchers to check the health condition of their livestock, worsening this problem. In this case, the author will try to create an information system to speed up the process of health checks and knowing the diseases that affect cattle and knowing the health condition of cattle. The design is carried out using UML technique and combine with the Tsukamoto model of the fuzzy algorithm method and will be simulated in Matlab. Keywords: Information System, Cattle Health, Fuzzy Tsukamoto Algorithm Pemenuhan kebutuhan daging di Indonesia masih memiliki banyak masalah. Permasalahan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan daging di Indonesia, banyak di sebabkan oleh berbagai masalah pada pembudidayaan dan peternakan Diantaranya adalah masalah kesehatan hewan ternak dan kurangnya kewaspadaan peternak akan kesehatan hewan ternak mereka. Jumlah keterbatasan dokter hewan dan lamanya proses pemeriksaan yang mengharuskan beberapa kali pemantauan menimbulkan rasa enggan peternak untuk memeriksakan kondisi kesehatan hewan ternaknya, memperparah permasalahan ini. Dalam hal ini penulis akan mencoba untuk membuat sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat melakukan proses pemeriksaan dan mengetahui penyakit yang menjangkiti sapi serta mengetahui kondisi kesehatan sapi dengan menggunakan perancangan UML yang dilengkapi dengan metode algoritma fuzzy model tsukamoto dan akan di simulasikan pada Matlab.
