Abstract
Electrical energy is one of the most vital energies in human life, because almost all aspects of life require electrical energy. Ranging from industrial activities that require enormous energy to households, but the use of electrical energy is still less effective and excessive use. If seen from the existing problems, research on designing smart power monitoring systems is important in order to overcome these problems. Smart power monitoring using an Internet-based microcontroller based on IoT operates to monitor the state of voltage, current and power. This tool works using the ZMPT101b sensor to detect voltage and the ACS712 sensor to detect current, the data read by the sensor is then processed by a microcontroller into information. Based on the test results obtained an average percentage error value on the voltage sensor of 0.87%, current sensor of 4.99% and power of 4.5% and the results of online and offline method testing can run well even though there is a time difference of about 3 minutes. Keywords : Monitoring, Sensor ACS712, Sensor ZMPT101b, Internet of Things Energi listrik merupakan salah satu energi yang sangat vital dalam kehidupan manusia, karena hampir semua aspek kehidupan membutuhkan energi listrik. Mulai dari kegiatan industri yang memerlukan energi sangat besar hingga rumah tangga, Namun penggunaan energi listrik masih kurang efektif dan pemakaiannya yang berlebihan. Jika dilihat dari permasalahan yang ada, penelitian perancangan smart power monitoring sytem ini penting dilakukan agar dapat mengatasi masalah tersebut. Smart power monitoring menggunakan mikrokontroler berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) beroperasi untuk memonitor keadaan tegangan, arus dan daya. Alat ini bekerja menggunakan sensor ZMPT101b untuk mendeteksi tegangan dan sensor ACS712 untuk mendeteksi arus, data yang dibaca oleh sensor kemudian diproses dengan mikrokontroler menjadi informasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian didapatkan persentase nilai error rata-rata pada sensor tegangan sebesar 0.87 %, sensor arus sebesar 4.99 % dan daya sebesar 4.5 % serta hasil pengujian metode online dan offline dapat berjalan dengan baik walaupun terdapat perbedaan waktu sekitar 3 menit.
