Abstract
Along with the changing times, the development of technology in the current era of globalization is so rapid, so also with a variety of media information that is increasingly sophisticated so that the flow of information becomes very fast in the delivery to the public. The results of attendance, guidance or supervision of student violations are recorded as evaluation material to be given to the homeroom teacher and to the parents of students at the end of the school year. This recording is done by inputting the evaluation results into an existing system but the results of evaluations on the system can only be seen by the homeroom teacher so parents must see it directly when the school year ends. From the problems above, we need an information system application that can be known easily by students, teachers and parents of students, so that they can manage data better and the information produced becomes more accurate. From the results of research conducted in get the results of the application design made can substitute written attendance input, counseling guidance and violation points to a computerized system Keywords: Counseling Guidance, evaluation, data, Attendance Seiring perubahan zaman, perkembangan teknologi pada era globalisasi saat ini begitu pesat, maka begitu juga dengan berbagai media-media informasi yang semakin bertambah canggih sehingga arus informasi menjadi sangat cepat dalam penyampaian pada masyarakat. Hasil dari absensi kehadiran, bimbingan atau pengawasan pelanggaran siswa dicatat sebagai bahan evaluasi yang akan diberikan kepada wali kelas dan kepada orang tua siswa diakhir tahun pelajaran. Pencatatan ini dilakukan dengan menginput hasil evaluasi ke sistem yang sudah ada namun hasil evaluasi pada sistem tersebut hanya bisa dilihat oleh wali kelas sehingga siswa dan wali murid harus melihatnya secara langsung ketika tahun pelajaran berakhir. Dari permasalahan diatas, dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi sistem informasi yang dapat diketahui secara mudah oleh siswa, dan wali murid, sehingga dapat mengelola data menjadi lebih baik dan informasi yang dihasilkan menjadi lebih akurat. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di dapatkan hasil rancangan aplikasi yang dibuat dapat menggantikan penginputan absensi, bimbingan konseling dan poin pelanggaran secara tertulis ke sistem terkomputerisasi Kata Kunci: Bimbingan konseling, evaluasi, data, absensi
