Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of readiness to change in the use of E-Panrita application and achievement motivation on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Bulukumba. The population in this study were teachers who were educators at SMAN 1 Bulukumba, as many as 68 people who were all made the subject of this research. The sampling method used is a saturated sample which is included in a non-probability sampling technique, while the data collection method used is using a questionnaire. To test the hypothesis, the data analysis technique used is simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. From the results of data analysis, it was found that the readiness to change in the use of the E-Panrita application and achievement motivation simultaneously had an effect on the performance of teachers at SMAN 1 Bulukumba by 30.6%. Keywords: teacher performance, readiness to change, achievement motivation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kesiapan untuk berubah pada penggunaan aplikasi E-Panrita dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMAN 1 Bulukumba. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah guru yang menjadi tenaga pendidik di SMAN 1 Bulukumba, sebanyak 68 orang yang seluruhnya dijadikan subjek penelitian. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh yang termasuk dalam teknik non-probability sampling, sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan kuesioner. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan teknik analisis data yaitu regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear berganda. Dari hasil analisis data, ditemukan hasil bahwa kesiapan untuk berubah pada penggunaan aplikasi E-Panrita dan motivasi berprestasi secara simultan memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di SMAN 1 Bulukumba sebesar 30.6%. Kata kunci : kinerja guru, kesiapan untuk berubah, motivasi berprestasi.
