Abstract
Public service is an activity or series of activities in the context of meeting the needs of public services in accordance with the laws and regulations for every citizen, as well as to provide legal certainty in the relationship between the community and public service providers. The development of science and technology has an impact on individual and social life such as village government agencies. Along with the expectations and demands of the community about improving public services, which still use manual methods, advice and information boards, they are still very ineffective, in general, people do not understand much about complaints channels both internally and externally, especially during the current pandemic starting from health, public facilities. , criminal acts, infrastructure problems and so on. So we are trying to build so that the community can participate in efforts to improve the quality of public services, by providing information to the village government about problems that exist in the village environment through the public complaint information system web. Keywords: Public Service, Information Technology, Public Complaint Reporting, Mobile Application Pelayanan publik adalah kegiatan atau rangkaian kegiatan dalam rangka pemenuhan kebutuhan pelayanan mayarakat sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan bagi setiap warga negara, serta untuk memberikan kepastian hukum dalam hubungan antara masyarakat dan penyelenggara pelayanan publik, penggunaan internet dikalangan masyarakat saat ini sudah menjadi kebutuhan pola hidup, perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi membawa dampak pada kehidupan individu dan sosial seperti instansi pemerintah desa. Seiring dengan harapan dan tuntutan masyarakat tentang peningkatan pelayanan public yang masih menggunakan cara manual, saran dan papan informasi,sangat masih kurang efektif, secara umum masyarakat belum banyak memahami saluran pengaduan baik internal maupun eksternal, apalagi disaat pandemic saat ini mulai dari kesehatan, fasilitas umum, tindak criminal, masalah infrastruktur dan lain sebagainya. Maka kita berupaya untuk membangun agar masyarakat dapat berperan serta usaha untuk meningkatkan kwalitas pelayanan publik, dengan cara memberikan informasi kepada pemerintah desa mengenai permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada dilingkungan desa melalui web sistem informasi pengaduan masyarakat Kata kunci: Pelayanan publik, Tekhnologi Informasi, Laporan Pengaduan Masyarakat, Aplikasi Mobile
