Abstract
Today’s community include residents of the Citra Indah City housing complex, many do not apply environmentally friendly concepts in their daily lives.However, there are several obstacles in the process of implementing environmentally friendly concepts such as household waste collection which has an erratic pick-up time. In previous studies, it was stated that the waste bank means that people get money from selling recycled waste but with an uncertain schedule. Efforts to overcome these problems by building a Web-Based Concept-Based Citizen Information System. This web information system is designed and built using CMS, Codeignither 3, and Visual Studio Code. This web can be used as a media of information for resident about recycling, energy saving, gardening to exchange plants, and can donate recyclable waste. The benefits of this web information system are that it makes it easier for residents to exchange plants and information about recycling home waste, as well as providing garbage pick-up by the collectors on duty, so that residents don't have to bother coming to the collectors. Key words: Web Information System, Citra Indah City, CMS, Codeignither 3, Visual Studio Code, Environmentally friendly. Saat ini masyarakat termasuk warga perumahan Citra Indah City, banyak yang tidak menerapkan konsep ramah lingkungan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Namun terdapat beberapa kendala dalam proses menerapkan konsep ramah lingkungan seperti pengumpulan sampah rumah tangga yang waktu penjemputan nya tidak menentu. Dalam penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya disebutkan bahwa bank sampah yang diartikan yaitu masyarakat mendapatkan uang dari menjual limbah daur ulang tetapi dengan jadwal yang tidak menentu. Upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan membangun sebuah Sistem Informasi Warga Berbasis Konsep Ramah Lingkungan Berbasis Web. Sistem informasi web ini dirancang dan dibangun menggunakan CMS, Codeignither 3 dan Visual Studio Code. Web ini dapat digunakan sebagai media informasi untuk warga tentang daur ulang, hemat energi, berkebun sampai bertukar tanaman, serta dapat mendonorkan sampah yang dapat di daur ulang. Manfaat Sistem informasi web ini adalah mempermudah warga untuk bertukar tanaman dan informasi mengenai daur ulang limbah rumahan, Serta menyediakan penjemputan sampah oleh pengepul yang bertugas, sehingga warga tidak perlu repot datang ke pengepul sampah tersebut.
