Abstract
Nowadays, the density of activities in urban areas has resulted in a high need for urban people to take a break and take a break. Hotel Resort is an accommodation that provides tourist and resort facilities. Visitor comfort is the main aspect that must be considered in tourism. This underlies the design of hotel resorts that elevate the potential of natural and western Javanese culture. Related to the cultural richness of agriculture and all the local wisdom contained in it, the resorts are designed to lead to Neo-vernacular architectural concepts. The Neo-vernacular concept applied to the design includes natural lighting, air conditioning, building materials. Plateau is the main choice for maximizing natural air. Bandung is a highland city that has a variety of tourism and beautiful scenery, so the comfort aspects will be easily achieved. Keywords: Hotel, Hotel Resort, Bandung Sekarang ini, padatnya aktivitas di perkotaan mengakibatkan tingginya kebutuhan masyarakat urban untuk berwisata dan beristirahat sejenak. Hotel Resort merupakan akomodasi yang menyediakan fasilitas wisata dan peristirahatan. Kenyamanan pengunjung merupakan aspek utama yang harus diperhatikan pada pariwisata. Hal tersebut mendasari perancangan resort hotel yang mengangkat potensi alam dan budaya jawa barat. Terkait dengan kekayaan budaya dalah hal pertanian dan segala kearifan lokal yang terkandung di dalamnya, resort yang dirancang mengarah pada konsep - konsep arsitektur yang Neo-vernakular .Konsep Neo-vernakular yang diterapkan pada rancangan diantaranya terkait pencahayaan alami, penghawaan, material bangunan. Dataran tinggi merupakan pilihan utama untuk memaksimalkan hawa alami. Bandung merupakan kota dataran tinggi yang memiliki ragam wisata dan pemandangan yang indah, dengan begitu aspek kenyamanan akan mudah tercapai. Kata Kunci : Hotel , Hotel Resort, Bandung
