Abstract

Office buildings require a design with a level of comfort that meets the standards sufficient to support the employee performance so that they can work effectively, productively, optimally and provide high productivity to the company. A space design can be called a good designif the users inside feel comfortable in using the room. Here are many risk factors in the work environment that affect the safety and health of workers one of them is lighting. According to the Decree of the Minister of Health No.1405 of 2002, lighting is the amount of irradiation on an area of work required to carry out the activity effectively and have the standard set. Comfort doesn’n only depend on indoor temperature, incoming radiation or air quality, but also by the quality of lighting. This study aims to evaluate the quality of natural lighting to visual comfort in a office room fit out which is one of the vital rooms in the office of PT. Elite Prima Hutama through measurement of natural lighting levels. Using quantitative research method with descriptive and kolerasional approach, compare the result of measurement of natural lighting intensity with lux meter tool and pay attention to the factors that influence the light entering into the room and measurement of user perception of the room by distributing questionnaire sheet to respondent. Bangunan kantor membutuhkan desain dengan tingkat kenyamanan yang memenuhi setandar yang cukup untuk menunjang kinerja karyawan agar mereka dapat bekerja dengan efektif, produktif, optimal dan memberikan produktifitas yang tinggi kepada perusahaan. sebuah desain ruang dikatakan baik jika para pengguna didalam nya merasa nyaman dalam menggunakan ruangan tersebut. Banyak faktor risiko di lingkungan kerja yang mempengaruhi keselamatan dan kesehatan pekerja salah satunya adalah pencahayaan. sedangkan menurut Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan No.1405 tahun 2002, pencahayaan adalah jumlah penyinaran pada suatu bidang kerja yang diperlukan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan secara efektif dan mempunyai standart-standart yang sudah ditetapkan. Kenyamanan tidak hanya bergantung pada temperatur dalam ruangan, radiasi yang masuk maupun kualitas udara, tetapi juga ditentukan oleh kualitas pencahayaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas pencahayaan alami berdasarkan kenyamanan visual pada ruang kantor fit out yang merupakan salah satu ruangan vital di kantor PT. Elite Prima Hutama melalui pengukuran tingkat pencahayaan alami. Menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan kolerasional, membandingkan hasil pengukuran intentitas pencahayaan alami dengan alat lux meter serta memperhatikan faktor yang mempengaruhi cahaya yang masuk kedalam ruangan dan pengukuran persepsi pengguna ruangan dengan cara membagikan lembar kuisioner kepada responden. Kata kunci: Kantor; ruang fit out; kenyamanan visual; pencahayaan alami.
