Abstract

2012 - 2031 National Electricity General Plan for Indonesia the average electricity demand is estimated at 11% per year (Taufik & Septyani, 2015). Increasing competition Required companies to be able to promote with improved through the implementation of strategies that are enhanced by the brand strategy (brand) and the right marketing to win the competition (Prabowo, 2017). It is estimated that 431 days can increase capacity to reach 1617.8 MW. The cessation of the electricity supply distributed from the plant will cause the cessation of the electricity distribution process to the community. If one of the approved machines causes damage / cessation of the electricity production process, the engine parts needed in PLTU A are boilers and turbines. The purpose of this study was to study the level of testing of turbine and broiler engines at PT. XYZ and to analyze turbine and broiler engines at PT. XYZ overhauls or not according to calculations. Using the nomographic method and the time between failures can determine the turbine engine and broiler engine. Based on the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that the value is higher, namely the added value of the Boiler machine by 54.9% and to approve the turbine engine for 49.7%. felt it was scheduled to be repaired. Keywords: Working, Mean Time Between Failure, Maintenance Rencana Umum Ketenagalistrikan Nasional 2012 – 2031 kebutuhan tenaga listrik rata – rata indonesia diperkirakan sebesar 11% pertahun (Taufik & Septyani, 2015). Persaingan yang semakin tinggi menuntut perusahaan untuk bisa beroperasi dengan produktivitas yang maksimal melalui penerapan berbagai strategi optimasi produksi selain strategi merk (brand) dan marketing yang tepat untuk memenangkan persaingan (Prabowo, 2017). terdapat 431 hari yang dapat mempengaruhi pembangkit dalam mencapai keandalan dalam menyalurkan tenaga listriknya dengan kapasitas 1617,8MW. Terhentinya pasokan listrik yang di distribusikan dari pembangkit maka akan menyebabkan terhentinya proses penyaluran listrik kepada masyarakat.apabila salah satu mesin mengalami kegagalan / kerusakan menyebabkan berhentinya proses produksi listrik, bagian mesin yang terdapat di PLTU A yaitu boiler dan turbin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat keandalan mesin turbin dan broiler di PT.XYZ dan untuk melakukan analisis mesin turbin dan broiler di PT.XYZ dilakukan overhaul atau tidak berdasarkan perhitungan. Dengan menggunakan metode nomograph dan mean Time between failure dapat menentukan keandalan mesin turbin dan mesin broiler. Berdasarkan analisi yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan Nilai keandalan terbesar yaitu nilai keandalan mesin Boiler sebesar 54,9% dan untuk keandalan mesin Turbin sebesar 49,7% Mesin turbin dan mesin boiler diperlukan overhaul, berdasarkan kurva tindakan pemeliharaan titik temu antara β dan MDT 2 / MDT 1 berasa di schedule overhaul.
