Abstract
Title : Track Temporary Design Analysis on Line 10 of Manggarai Station (Case Study of Double Package Track "Package A" of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia), Name : Isfandina, Nim : 41115010107, Supervisor : Ir. Alizar, MT. 2018 The Double Double Track (DDT) project is a separation line between the mainline line and the commuter line. In the implementation of line separation, the construction of temporary tracks is needed (temporary transitional lane) due to the construction of section B at the manggarai station, so that there is a need to switch lanes for the Bogor route. Temporary track line 10 manggarai station is at station 10 + 200 to sta 10 + 325 and includes class I railroad with operating speed passing based on slogan 2 (taspat) is 30 km / hour. In planning the temporary track has 3 (three) curved lines with each track having the following specifications. At sta 10 + 200 - sta 10 + 225 has a radius value of 200 meters with a curve length of 46.4 meters, at sta 10 + 250 - sta 10 + 275 has a radius of 400 meters with an arch length of 43.8889 meters and at station 10+ 300 - sta 10 + 325 has a radius value of 400 meters with an arch length of 36,9111 meters, and the widening of the path on the R200 is up to 1087 and at R400 to 1082. In determining the radius value used other than based on service regulations No.10 (PD10) and ministerial regulation no. 60 of 2012 must also pay attention to the available field conditions for the large value of railway building space because in the temporary lane to be designed there are several pier columns construction for track leveling (eleveted) and land use for mobilizing heavy vehicle entry and exit . The load carrying capacity on the 10 manggarai line is 50961636 tons / year with 181 trains per day traveling. In the structure of track 10 railroad use R54 rails, concrete bearings with dimensions of 150x250x215 mm and fasteners of e-clips that have a clamping force reaching 1200 Kgf. The ballast layer thickness used was 30 cm and the thickness of the 30 cm sub-ballast layer with the dynamic load received by the railroad structure was 357.5 kN. The amount of pressure received by subgrade can reach up to 4,903 kg / cm2. Keywords : Double Double Track (DDT), Temporary Track, Station, Geometric Rail Road, Transport Power, Railroad Structure. Alizar, MT. 2018 Proyek Double Double Track (DDT) merupakan proyek pemisahan jalur antar jalur kereta jarak jauh (mainline) dengan jalur kereta api listrik (commuter line). Dalam pelaksanaan pemisahan jalur diperlukannya pembangunan track temporary (jalur peralihan sementara) dikarenakan akan dilaksanakannya pembangunan section B pada stasiun manggarai, sehingga perlu adanya peralihan jalur untuk jalur bogor. Track temporary jalur 10 stasiun manggarai berada pada sta 10+200 sampai sta 10+325 dan termasuk kelas jalan rel I dengan kecepatan operasi yang melintas berdasarkan semboyan 2 (taspat) adalah 30 km/jam. Dalam perencanaannya track temporary memiliki 3 (tiga) jalur lengkung dengan masing-masing jalur memiliki spesifikasi berikut. Pada sta 10+200 – sta 10+225 memiliki nilai radius 200 meter dengan panjang lengkung 46,4 meter, pada sta 10+250 – sta 10+275 memiliki nilai radius 400 meter dengan panjang lengkung 43,8889 meter dan pada sta 10+300 – sta 10+325 memiliki nilai radius 400 meter dengan panjang lengkung 36,9111 meter, dan pelebaran jalur pada R200 adalah hingga 1087 dan pada R400 hingga 1082. Dalam penentuan besar nilai radius yang digunakan selain berdasarkan peraturan dinas no.10 (PD10) dan peraturan menteri no.60 tahun 2012 harus diperhatikan juga kondisi lapangan yang tersedia untuk besar nilai ruang bangun kereta api karena pada jalur temporary yang akan didesain terdapat beberapa pembangunan pier kolom untuk track leveling (eleveted) dan pengunaan lahan untuk mobilisasi keluar masuknya kendaraan alat berat. Besar beban daya angkut pada jalur 10 manggarai adalah 50961636 ton/tahun dengan perjalanan 181 kereta api perhari. Pada struktur jalan rel jalur 10 digunakan rel R54, bantalan beton dengan dimensi 150x250x215 mm dan penambat pandrol e-clip yang memiliki gaya jepit mencapai 1200 Kgf. Tebal lapisan balas yang digunakan sebesar 30 cm dan tebal lapisan sub balas 30 cm dengan beban dinamis yang diterima oleh struktur jalan rel sebesar 357,5 kN. Besar tekanan yang diterima oleh tanah dasar bisa mencapai hingga 4,903 Kg/cm2. Kata Kunci : Double Double Track (DDT), Track Temporary, Stasiun, Geometrik Jalan Rel, Daya Angkut, Struktur Jalan rel.
