Abstract

Title: Analysis of Griya Samaji Kuripan Ciseeng Housing Drainage System Planning, Author: Lusi Hartono, NIM: 41113120058, Lecturer: Acep Hidayat, ST.MT, Year: 2018/2019. According to Suhardjono (1948) drainage is a method of disposal of unwanted excess water in an area, as well as ways of controlling the effects of excess water. The construction of subsidized housing as a government program is a solution to the demand for residential needs as the population increases. For the convenience of the residents, the developers must plan a good channel for the purpose of not causing floods in the future. To realize a safe drainage system, it is necessary to calculate the planned flood discharge in the area. Rainfall data uses three rainfall posts, namely: the UI Faculty rain post, Cibinong rain post and Bogor Climatology Station. Frequency analysis uses the normal distribution method, normal log distribution, gumbel method and log Pearson III, and after testing the dispersal accuracy with the Chi-Square method, the method used is the normal distribution method because it has the closest value and meets the testing requirements. Testing of Rainfall Intensity uses the Mononabe formula, the intensity number is 368.56 mm / hour for zone A, 392.74 mm / hour for zone B and 416.46 mm / hour for zone C. Retrieving the 2-year rainy period based on PU Ministerial Regulation No.12 / PRT / M / 2014 for the return period of rain which is used for an area of <10 ha while the 2017 population figures are obtained from the Bogor Central Bureau of Statistics. Calculation of flood discharge is done by rational method, and to get the most efficient dimension of debit calculation done in segment. There are two types of channel dimensions in this housing, which are 0.40 m x 0.40 m and 0.60 m x 0.60 m. From the calculation results, there are three channels in zone B which cannot accommodate runoff discharge, so that infiltration wells are needed with dimensions of D.1m and 3m depth of 72 units according to the number of houses in zone B. Pembangunan rumah bersubsidi sebagai program pemerintah merupakan solusi akan permintaan akan kebutuhan tempat tinggal seiiring bertambahnya jumlah penduduk, Untuk kenyamanan para penghuni maka para pengembang harus merencanakan saluran darinase yang baik agar tidak menagkibatkan banjir dikemudian hari. Untuk mewujudkan sistem drainase yang aman maka diperlukan perhitungan debit banjir rencana pada wilayah tersebut. Data curah hujan menggunakan tiga pos curah hujan yaitu: pos hujan Fakultas UI, pos hujan Cibinong dan Stasiun Klimatologi Bogor. Analisis frekuensi menggunakan metode distribusi normal,distribusi log normal,metode gumbel dan log pearson III , dan setelah diuji kesalarasan penyebaran dengan metode Chi-Kuadrat maka metode yang digunakan adalah metode distribusi normal karena memiliki nilai yang paling mendekati dan memenuhi syarat pengujian. Pengujian Intensitas Hujan menggunakan rumus Mononobe,angka intensitas antara lain 368.56 mm/jam untuk zona A, 392.74 mm/jam untuk zona B dan 416.46 mm/jam untuk zona C .Pengambilan periode ulang hujan 2 tahun berdasarkan Permen PU No.12/PRT/M/2014 periode ulang hujan yang digunakan untuk kawasan dengan luasan <10 ha sedangkan angka jumlah penduduk tahun 2017 didapatkan dari Badan Pusat Statistik Bogor. Perhitungan debit banjir dilakukan dengan metode rasional, dan untuk mendapatkan dimensi paling efisien perhitungan debit dilakukan persegmen. Terdapat dua jenis dimensi saluran pada perumahan ini yaitu 0.40 m x 0.40 m dan 0.60 m x 0.60 m. Dari hasil perhitungan didapat ada tiga saluran pada zona B yang tidak dapat menampung debit limpasan sehingga dibutuhkan sumur resapan dengan dimensi D.1m dan kedalaman 3m sebanyak 72 unit sesuai dengan jumlah rumah pada zona B.
