Abstract
Shopping Mall is one of the supporting places for the community, especially in Jakarta. Shopping Mall user safety is an important aspect in the successful planning of a commercial building, one of which is the inner space circulation as a means of evacuation. Evacuation facilities at the Mall have a standard in its planning, this standard will help in maximizing the safety of Mall users during evacuation. Mall Poins Square is one of the Mall in South Jakarta, located in a crowded area close to the public transportation service center of Lebak Bulus MRT Station, making access to the Poins Square Mall easier. The Ground Floor and Upper Ground Floor at Mall Poins Square are the most crowded areas of the entire floor. This study aims to find out how indoor circulation as an evacuation facility at Ground Floor and Upper Ground Floor Mall Poins Square. Using a quantitative approach descriptive analysis where for data collection is obtained from observation. The results of the study will be described through the variables in the study, namely the configuration of indoor space circulation, the inner space circulation path that includes the type and dimensions of the corridor, the system and completeness of evacuation facilities that include exit access, evacuation signage, emergency door, emergency staircase as well as assembly point and distance go to destination. Keyword : Circulation, Corridor, Evacuation, Mall, Space Shopping Mall adalah salah satu tempat penunjang kegiatan bagi masyarakat, khususnya di Jakarta. Keselamatan pengguna Shopping Mall menjadi aspek penting dalam keberhasilan sebuah perencanaan pada bangunan komersial, salah satu yang menjadi perhatian adalah sirkulasi ruang dalam sebagai sarana evakuasi. Sarana evakuasi pada Mall memiliki standar dalam perencanaannya, standar ini akan membantu dalam memaksimalkan keselamatan pengguna Mall saat melakukan evakuasi. Mall Poins Square merupakan salah satu Mall di Jakarta Selatan, terletak pada kawasan padat yang dekat dengan pusat layanan transportasi umum yaitu stasiun MRT Lebak Bulus, hal ini menjadikan akses pencapaian pengguna Mall Poins Square lebih mudah. Ground Floor dan Upper Ground Floor pada Mall Poins Square adalah area dengan tingkat keramaian tinggi dari seluruh lantai yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sirkulasi ruang dalam sebagai sarana evakuasi pada Ground Floor dan Upper Ground Floor Mall Poins Square. Menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif analisis deskriptif dimana untuk pengumpulan data didapat dari observasi. Hasil penelitian akan diuraikan melalui variabel pada penelitian, yaitu konfigurasi jalur sirkulasi ruang dalam, jalur sirkulasi ruang dalam yang meliputi jenis dan dimensi koridor, sistem dan kelengkapan sarana evakuasi yang meliputi akses eksit, signage evakuasi, pintu darurat, tangga darurat serta assembly point dan jarak tempuh pencapaian.
