Abstract
The purpose of this research was to test the impact of psychology contracts towards job insecurity on millennial employees at PT. X in Jakarta. The number of subjects used in this research was 134 people designed by using purposive sampling technic. The data was collected by using a measuring instrument called Psychology Contracts Scale and Job Insecurity Scale through an online and offline questionnaire system. Each scale had reliability as much as 0.903 for the psychology contracts scale and 0.931 for Job Insecurity Scale The analysis result used simple regression analysis showed there was a significant impact on psychology contracst towards job insecurity with effective contribution as much as 3.2% and the level of significance 0.040 with the constant -0.178. The result showed there was significance of psychology contracts to job insecurity in the negative direction this show the higher level of psychology contract then the lower of job insecurity Keywords: psychology contract, of job insecurity, millennial employee, Y Generation Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kontrak psikologis terhadap job insecurity pada karyawan generasi milenial PT. X di Jakarta. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 134 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur skala kontrak psikologis dan job insecurity scale (JIS) melalui sistem kuesioner online dan offline. Masing-masing memiliki reliabilitas sebesar 0.903 untuk skala kontrak psikologis dan 0.931 untuk skala job insecurity scale. Hasil analisis menggunakan analisa regresi sederhana menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara kontrak psikologis terhadap job insecurity dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 3.2% dan tingkat signifikasi 0.040 dengan konstanta sebesar -0.178. hasil menunjukkan adanya signifikasi kontrak psikologis terhadap job insecurity ke arah negatif yang berarti semakin tinggi kontrak psikologis maka semakin rendah job insecurity.
