Abstract
The development of tourism in Indonesia is now increasingly rapid. The development of the tourism sector promises and benefits many parties from the government, society and the private sector. This is because tourism is a sector that is considered profitable to be developed as one of the assets that is used as a promising source for the government and the community around tourism objects. Therefore, many regions wish to establish development in the tourism sector. One of them is the Isola region, Sukasari sub-district, Bandung regency, West Java. Along with its development, Sukasari sub-district utilizes existing natural resources by holding development in the tourism sector. One of them is the construction of hotels and resorts along with other facilities to support tourists who come to the Sukasari sub-district, Bandung regency. Keyword: Hotel Resort, Neo Vernacular, Architecture, West Java, Sustainable Perkembangan pariwisata di Indonesia sekarang ini semakin pesat. Perkembangan sektor pariwisata menjanjikan dan memberikan manfaat kepada banyak pihak dari pemerintah, masyarakat maupun swasta. Hal ini dikarenakan pariwisata merupakan sektor yang dianggap menguntungkan untuk dikembangkan sebagai salah satu aset yang di gunakan sebagai sumber yang menjanjikan bagi pemerintah maupun masyarakat sekitar objek wisata. Oleh karena itu banyak daerah yang berkeinginan untuk mengadakan pembangunan di bidang pariwisata. Salah satunya adalah wilayah Isola kecamatan Sukasari, kabupaten Bandung, Jawa barat. Seiring dengan perkembangnnya, kecamatan sukasari memanfaatkan sumberdaya alam yang ada dengan mengadakan pembangunan di sektor pariwisata. Salah satunya adalah pembangunan hotel dan resort beserta fasilitas – fasilitas lainnya untuk menunjang para wisatawan yang datang ke wilayah kecamatan Sukasari, kabupaten Bandung.
