Abstract
This research aims to examine the effect of Funding Decisions, Dividend Policy, and Profitability on Firm Values. Funding Decision Variables are measured using DER. Dividend policy is measured using the DPR. Profitability is measured using ROE. And the dependent variable in this study, which is Corporate Value, is measured using PBV. The population in this research was Manufacturing Companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015 – 2017 period. The samples in this research were 32 companies. The sampling technique used in the research was the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 20 program. The results of this research showed that (1) Funding Decisions was not significant influence on Firm Value, (2) Dividend Policy was not significant influence on Firm Value, (3) Profitability was significant positive influence on Firm Value. Keywords: Funding Decision, Dividend Policy, Profitability, Firm Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Keputusan Pendanaan, Kebijakan Dividen, dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Variabel Keputusan Pendanaan diukur menggunakan DER. Kebijakan Dividen diukur mengunakan DPR. Profitabilitas diukur menggunakan ROE. Dan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini, yaitu Nilai Perusahaan diukur menggunakan PBV. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2015 - 2017. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 32 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program aplikasi SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Keputusan Pendanaan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, (2) Kebijakan Dividen tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, (3) Profitabilitas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.
