Abstract

In the social life of society, social problems will always emerge, namely a phenomenon or phenomenon in the reality of social life which is a discrepancy between elements of culture or society that can endanger the lives of social groups which can also be defined as conditions that occur in society and can threatening values in society. Information about public facilities in Indonesia related to public reporting and complaints to the police is needed to be able to overcome problems in order to minimize the occurrence of losses. This study aims to build a system that can facilitate the public to be able to report and complain online to the police and facilitate the police in finding the nearest police station to the scene using sherical law of cosines, providing routes and directions to selected locations using Google Maps API. This system has been built using the Laravel Framework with the PHP and HTML programming languages and Twitter Bootstrap as templates. To display maps, routes and nearby facilities, the system is integrated with Google Maps The design and manufacture process uses a spiral method. Tests are carried out using the blackbox method, this test is used to determine the accuracy of the spherical law of cosmetics as well as the overall functionality of the application. Key words: sosial problems, route, shortest path, spherical law of cosines Didalam kehidupan sosial masyarakat, pastilah akan selalu muncul permasalahan sosial, yaitu sebuah gejala atau fenomena dalam realitas kehidupan bermasyarakat yang merupakan suatu ketidaksesuaian antara unsur-unsur kebudayaan atau masyarakat berdampak membahayakan kehidupan kelompok sosial yang dapat juga didefinisikan sebagai suatu kondisi yang terjadi didalam masyarakat dan dapat mengancam nilai-nilai dalam bermasyarakat. Informasi seputar fasilitas umum di Indonesia terkait dengan pelaporan serta pengaduan masyarakat kepada pihak kepolisian sagat diperlukan untuk dapat mengatasi permasalahan agar meminimalisir terjadinya kerugian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun suatu sistem yang dapat memfasilitasi publik untuk dapat melakukan pelaporan dan pengaduan secara online kepada pihak kepolisian serta memfasilitasi pihak kepolisian dalam menemukan pos polisi terdekat menuju lokasi kejadian perkara menggunakan sherical law of cosines, memberikan lokasi dan arah menuju lokasi yang terpilih menggunakan API Google Maps. Sistem ini telah dibangun menggunakan Framework Laravel dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan HTML dan Twitter Bootstrap sebagai template. Untuk menampilkan peta, lokasi dan fasilitas terdekat, sistem terintegrasi dengan Google Peta Proses desain dan pembuatan menggunakan metode spiral. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode blackbox, pengujian ini digunakan untuk menentukan akurasi spherical law of cosines serta fungsionalitas aplikasisecara keseluruhan.
