Abstract

This purpose of this research is to empirically study the effect of dividend per share (DPS), earning per share (EPS) and size on stock price. The object for this research is the coal mining company in Indonesia Stock Exchange, total samples are 17 company in 3 years period (2014-2016). Data collected by the method of purposive sampling. The result of this research is indicates that simultaneously those earning per share, dividen per share and size effect on stock price. But a partial only earning per share and dividend per share effect on stock price, while size dose not affect the stock price of the mining coal company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange the period 2014-2016. Keywords: earning per share, dividend per share, price stock, the size of the company, the mining coal company Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh earning per share, dividend per share dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap harga saham. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan tambang sektor batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, dengan sampel sebanyak 17 perusahaan dalam jangka waktu 3 tahun (2014–2016). Data diperoleh dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel earning per share, dividend per share dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Tetapi secara parsial, hanya earning per share dan dividend per share yang berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, sedangkan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh negatid terhadap harga saham perusahaan tambang sektor batu bara di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014 - 2016.
