Abstract

Investment made for the purpose of obtaining a profit as expected. Therefore, to achieve these objectives the company must increase the value of the company. This study aimed to analyze the effect of Return Of Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), and Non Performing Loan (NPL) on Stock Price simultaneously and partially. Object research are Commercial Banks listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data used to analyze is financial statement 2012-2017, using the technique of multiple regression analysis and ratios. These result indicate that the ROA, CR, and NPL simultaneously have significant effect on stock price. And partially, CR and NPL have no effect on stock price, while ROA has significant effect on stock price. Keywords : Return Of Assets, Current Ratio, Non Performing Loan, Stock Price Investasi dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh keuntungan sesuai diinginkan. Oleh karena itu, untuk dapat mencapai tujuan tersebut perusahaan harus meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Return Of Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), dan Non Performing Loan (NPL) terhadap Harga Saham secara simultan dan parsial. Objek penelitian adalah perusahaan Bank-Bank Umum Swasta yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data analisis adalah laporan keuangan tahun 2012-2017, menggunakan teknik analisis dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ROA, CR, dan NPL secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham. Dan secara parsial CR dan NPL tidak berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham, sedangkan ROA berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham. Kata kunci : Return Of Assets, Current Ratio, Non Performing Loan, Harga Saham
