Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS) on stock return. The object on this research is consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2013-2017 period. The population in this study are all consumer goods companies in the food & beverage sub-sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 20132017 period. This research uses purposive sampling method and based the specified criteria obtained 10 sample of observation companies for 5 years from 2013-2017. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linier regression analysis and an analytical tool used in this research is SPSS 21. The results of this research showed that Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return On Equity (ROE) has a significant influence on stock return while Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Earning Per Share (EPS) has no significant effect on stock return. Keywords : Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS), Stock Return Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS) terhadap return saham. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan consumer goods yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2013-2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan consumer goods sub sektor food & beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2013-2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dan dari kriteria yang ditentukan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan selama 5 tahun pengamatan dari 2013-2017. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Return On Equity (ROE) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap return saham, sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Earning Per Share (EPS) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap return saham.
