Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of business risk, board of directors, audit committee and liquidity on capital structure (Empirical Study on Mining Companies for the period 2015-2017. The object of this study uses mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The samples from this study were 38 of 41 companies that meet the criteria. The sampling technique used in the study was purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that (1) Business risk (Brisk) has no effect on the capital structure, (2) the board of directors has no effect on the capital structure, (3) the audit committee has no effect on the capital structure, (4) Current ratio has a positive effect on the structure capital. Keywords: Capital Structure (DER), Business Risk (Brisk), Board of Directors (DD), Audit Committee (KA), Liquidity (Current Ratio) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Resiko bisnis, dewan direksi , komite audit dan likuiditas terhadap struktur modal (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan pertambangan periode 2015– 2017). Objek Penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Sampel penelitian ini adalah 38 dari 39 perusahaan dyang memenuhi kriteria. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Bussines risk (Brisk) tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal, (2) Dewan direksi (DD) tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal, (3) komite audit (KA) tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modah,(4) Current ratio (CR) berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal.
