Abstract

Robots are an option to help human work overcome problems of precision, security, flexibility and repetitive workmanship. Robot arms become one type of robot that can help human work. In this design a robotic arm will be made with three degrees of freedom controlled by a personal computer via a Bluetooth connection. In designing using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 application that serves to provide input movement of the robot arm. The robot arm actuator is a servo motor. This control uses the Arduino Uno microcontroller as the control center, the Bluetooth HC-05 module to connect Bluetooth connections between personal computer and Arduino modules. Based on the results of testing the robot arm can be moved with three servo motors that are controlled by applications on the Personal Computer that utilize a Bluetooth connection. The level of accuracy by providing a 50 μs input value produces a difference of 2 mm from point to point while the 100 μs input value produces a difference of 1 mm. So the greater the input value the more precise the movement of the robot arm and the maximum load that can be lifted by the robotic arm by 100 grams. Keywords: Microsoft visual studio, Arduino Uno, servo motor, HC-05 Robot menjadi pilihan untuk membantu pekerjaan manusia mengatasi masalah kepresisian, keamanan, fleksibilitas dan pengerjaan berulang-ulang. Lengan robot menjadi salah satu jenis robot yang dapat membantu pekerjaan manusia. Di dalam perancangan ini akan dibuat lengan robot dengan tiga derajat kebebasan yang dikendalikan dengan personal computer melalui koneksi Bluetooth. Dalam perancangan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft visual studio 2010 yang berfungsi memberikan input gerakan lengan robot. Actuator lengan robot adalah motor servo. Pengendalian ini menggunakan mikrokontroler arduino Uno sebagai pusat kendali, modul Bluetooth HC-05 untuk menghubungkan koneksi Bluetooth antara personal computer dengan modul arduino. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian lengan robot dapat digerakan dengan tiga buah motor servo yang dikendalikan dengan aplikasi di Personal Computer yang memanfaatkan koneksi bluetooth. Tingkat akurasi dengan memberikan nilai input 50 μs menghasilkan selisih 2 mm dari titik point ke point sedangkan nilai input 100 μs menghasilkan selisih 1 mm. Jadi dengan semakin besar nilai input semakin presisi pergerakan lengan robot dan beban maksimum yang dapat diangkat oleh lengan robot sebesar 100 gram.
