Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, leverage, company growth, and profitability on dividend policy. The object of this research is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Based on the total population of 48 property and real estate companies, there are 12 companies that meet the criteria as samples. The analysis technique used in this study is panel data regression analysis. The test results of the best panel data regression show that the fixed effect model is the best model. The results of this study indicate that liquidity, leverage, company growth, and profitability simultaneously influence dividend policy. Partially, liquidity has a negative and significant effect on dividend policy. While leverage, company growth, and profitability have no significant effect on dividend policy. Keywords: Dividend Policy, Liquidity, Leverage, Company Growth, Profitability Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas, leverage, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan profitabilitas terhadap kebijakan dividen. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2012-2016. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Berdasarkan total populasi 48 perusahaan property dan real estate, terdapat 12 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel. Hasil pengujian model regresi data panel terbaik menunjukkan bahwa model fixed effect adalah model terbaik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas, leverage, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan profitabilitas secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen. Secara parsial, likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Sedangkan leverage, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen.
