Abstract
The design of the modern PLC based semi-rotary semi actuator pneumatic system is a tool that has several inputs and outputs to carry out several jobs such as feeding, cleaning systems, egg distribution systems, egg counters and separators, and an all-automatic lighting system. Therefore, modern farming can represent the name of this tool because it can help the work of farmers. This tool is controlled using CPM1A OMRON PLC which has an address (pin) of 8 inputs and 8 outputs. The input address used is push button 1, ls 1, ls2, LDR sensor, capacitive sensor, push button 2 and push button 3. While the output is installed DC motor, single solenoid, valve water electric, pilot lamp indicator. And there are also actuators such as double acting cylinders. From experiments and testing the farm automation system requires an average response time of the 15-second feeding system, distribution system and egg separator in cage capacity of 10 chickens using a conveyor system which is 3 minutes (180 seconds), the cage cleaning system is 20 seconds. While the lighting system works on the response of the light intensity of 0-35.7 kelvin works and 36.1-37.7 kelvin the illumination lamp is not active. the egg separator system also works on the intensity of the light produced which is 15-20 kelvin from the light to the egg does not good (opaque), while 25-50 k results from light on a good (clear) egg. Rancang bangun sistem perternakan modern semi rotary semi actuator pneumatic berbasis PLC ini sebuah alat yang memiliki beberapa input dan output untuk menjalankan beberapa pekerjaan seperti pemberian pakan, sistem kebersihan, sistem pendistribusian telur, penghitung dan pemisah telur, serta sistem penerangan yang serba otomatis. Maka dari itu perternakan modern bisa mewakili nama alat ini karena bisa membantu pekerjaan peternak. Alat ini dikendalikan menggunakan PLC OMRON CPM1A yang memiliki alamat (pin) 8 input dan 8 output. Alamat Input yang digunakan adalah push button 1, ls 1, ls2, sensor LDR, sensor Kapasitif, push button 2 dan push button 3. Sedangkan pada output terpasang motor DC, single solenoid, valve water electric, pilot lamp indikator, . Dan terdapat juga aktuator seperti double acting cylinder. Dari percobaan dan pengujian sistem otomasi peternakan memerlukan rata-rata waktu response sistem pemberian pakan 15 detik, sistem distribusi dan pemisah telur dalam kapasitas kandang 10 Ayam menggunakan sistem konveyour yaitu 3 menit (180 detik), sistem pembersihan kandang yaitu 20 detik. Sedangkan sistem penerangan bekerja terhadap respon intensitas cahaya 0-35,7 kelvin bekerja dan 36,1-37,7 kelvin lampu penerangan tidak aktif.. sistem pemisah telur juga bekerja atas intensitas cahaya yang dihasilkan yaitu 15-20 kelvin hasil cahaya terhadap telur tidak baik (buram), sedangkan 25-50 k hasil dari cahaya terhadap telur baik (bening).
