Abstract
UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) Benning Brand Enertronic Type L3-3 200 KVA in operations building of Airnav Indonesia branch Air Traffic Services Center is an equipment with battery backup power supply as the main component plays an important part in maintaining the continuity of the electricity supply power supply for the operation of all navigation equipment and vital aviation safety equipment. Since it was installed in 2013 up to now, several UPS equipment has been damaged and replaced by damaged components, generally the damage that occurs is the battery component so the UPS must experience down time during the replacement of a damaged battery with a new unit. With the data between interruption time and average repair time for 5 years since the UPS was installed, an analysis and evaluation was carried out to determine the proper scheduling in carrying out preventive maintenace UPS equipment to prevent damage and to improve the efficiency of UPS operational continuity, especially in terms of efficiency. UPS operating costs by using the Age Replacement method to determine the replacement time interval. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it has resulted in scheduling preventive maintenance activities using the Age Replacement method. Determination of battery unit replacement scheduling obtained the most optimal replacement time interval is 309 days with a component reliability level of 85.2% so that there are 6 times the replacement of components in the next 5 years. The savings in downtime costs amounted to Rp.2,695,500, or 9.27% compared to before scheduling with the Age Replacement method. UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) Merk Benning Tipe Enertronik L3-3 200 KVA yang ada di gedung operasi Airnav Indonesia cabang Jakarta Air Traffic Services Centre merupakan peralatan dengan catu daya cadangan baterai sebagai komponen utama sangat berperan penting menjaga kelangsungan catu daya suplai litrik untuk pengoperasian seluruh peralatan navigasi dan peralatan vital keselamatan penerbangan. Sejak terpasangnya pada tahun 2013 hingga saat ini sudah beberapa kali peralatan UPS mengalami gangguan kerusakan dan penggantian komponen yang rusak, umumnya kerusakan yang sering terjadi adalah komponen baterai sehingga UPS harus mengalami down time selama dilakukan penggantian baterai yang rusak dengan unit yang baru. Dengan data waktu antar kerusakan dan waktu rata-rata lama perbaikan selama 5 tahun sejak dipasangnya UPS, dilakukan analisis dan evaluasi untuk menetapkan penjadwalan yang tepat dalam melaksanakan kegiatan preventive maintenace peralatan UPS agar tidak terjadi kerusakan dan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi kelangsungan operasional UPS khususnya dari segi efisiensi biaya operasional UPS dengan menggunakan metode Age Replacement untuk menentukan interval waktu penggantian. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menghasilkan penjadwalan kegiatan preventive maintenance dengan menggunakan metode Age Replacement. Penentuan penjadwalan penggantian unit baterai diperoleh interval waktu penggantian yang paling optimal adalah 309 hari dengan tingkat keandalan komponen sebesar 85,2% sehingga terjadi 6 kali penggantian komponen dalam 5 tahun kedepan. Penghematan biaya downtime sebesar Rp.2.695.500,- atau 9,27% dibandingkan dengan sebelum dilakukan penjadwalan dengan metode Age Replacement.
